రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రులు, ప్రాథమిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రాలు, బోధనా ఆసుపత్రుల్లో వేలాది మంది కాంట్రాక్ట్, ఔట్‌సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులు విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. వీరికి జీతాలు ఆలస్యమవకుండా చూడాలని ప్రభుత్వం మరోసారి స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.
