Sanjay Jaju Assumes Charge as Telangana Chief Secretary

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ నూతన ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శిగా సీనియర్ ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి సంజయ్ జాజు మంగళవారం హైదరాబాద్లోని డాక్టర్ బి.ఆర్. అంబేద్కర్ తెలంగాణ సచివాలయంలో అధికారికంగా బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించారు.
1992 బ్యాచ్కు చెందిన ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి సంజయ్ జాజు, పదవీ విరమణ చేసిన కే. రామకృష్ణారావు స్థానంలో ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శిగా నియమితులయ్యారు. జూన్ 26న తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసిన ఉత్తర్వుల మేరకు ఆయన ఈ బాధ్యతలను చేపట్టారు.
బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించిన సందర్భంగా ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శులు, ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శులు, ప్రభుత్వ కార్యదర్శులు, వివిధ శాఖల ఉన్నతాధికారులు, సచివాలయ అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగులు సంజయ్ జాజుకు పుష్పగుచ్ఛాలు అందించి అభినందనలు తెలిపారు.
అదే కార్యక్రమంలో పదవీ విరమణ చేసిన మాజీ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కే. రామకృష్ణారావుకు అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగులు ఘనంగా వీడ్కోలు పలికి ఆయన సేవలను కొనియాడారు.

Senior IAS officer Sanjay Jaju formally assumed charge as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana on Tuesday at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat in Hyderabad.
A 1992-batch IAS officer, Sanjay Jaju succeeds K. Ramakrishna Rao, who retired from service after serving as the Chief Secretary. The Telangana Government had issued orders on June 26 appointing Sanjay Jaju to the state’s top bureaucratic post.
Following the assumption of charge, Special Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries to the Government, Heads of Departments, Secretariat officials, and staff extended their congratulations to Sanjay Jaju by presenting bouquets.
The officials also accorded a warm farewell to outgoing Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao, acknowledging his service to the Telangana Government before his retirement.
