హైదరాబాద్లో ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా చేపడుతున్న మూసీ రివర్ ఫ్రంట్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ప్రాజెక్టు తొలి దశ పనుల పురోగతిపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. మూసీ రివర్బెడ్లో నివసిస్తున్న అర్హులైన కుటుంబాలకు డబుల్ బెడ్రూమ్ ఇళ్లను కేటాయించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
ఎంసీఆర్ హెచ్ఆర్డీ బోధి పెవిలియన్లో జరిగిన సమావేశంలో మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి, ఎంపీ వేం నరేందర్ రెడ్డి, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి జయేష్ రంజన్తో పాటు పలువురు ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
సమావేశంలో అధికారులు మూసీ రివర్ ఫ్రంట్ తొలి దశ ప్రాజెక్టుపై పవర్పాయింట్ ప్రజెంటేషన్ ఇచ్చారు. ప్రాజెక్టు అమలుకు అవసరమైన ప్రాంతాల్లో భూసేకరణ చేపట్టాల్సి వస్తే, భూయజమానుల ఆసక్తి మేరకు ట్రాన్స్ఫరబుల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ రైట్స్ (టీడీఆర్) ఇవ్వడం లేదా చట్టబద్ధంగా పరిహారం చెల్లించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి సూచించారు.
గాంధీ సరోవర్ ప్రాజెక్టు కోసం రక్షణ శాఖ భూముల్లో ఉన్న నిర్మాణాలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వమే తరలించాల్సి ఉంటుందని సమావేశంలో వెల్లడించారు. అలాగే నెక్లెస్ రోడ్డులో ప్రజల కోసం మూసీ ఎక్స్పీరియన్స్ సెంటర్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు.
మూసీ రివర్ ఫ్రంట్ ప్రాజెక్టులో చేపట్టనున్న అభివృద్ధి పనులను ఎక్స్పీరియన్స్ సెంటర్లో ప్రతిబింబించాలని, ప్రాజెక్టుపై ప్రజల అభిప్రాయాలను కూడా అక్కడే సేకరించే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reviewed the progress of the first phase of the Musi Riverfront Development Project during a high-level meeting in Hyderabad. He directed officials to allot double-bedroom houses to eligible families currently residing in the Musi riverbed.
The review meeting was held at the MCR HRD Bodhi Pavilion and was attended by Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, MP Vem Narender Reddy, Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, and other senior officials.
Officials made a PowerPoint presentation on the progress of the first phase of the Musi Riverfront project. The Chief Minister instructed that landowners affected by land acquisition should be offered Transferable Development Rights (TDR) where they are willing, or be paid compensation as per applicable norms.
The meeting also discussed the Gandhi Sarovar project, where certain structures located on Defence land will have to be relocated by the State Government.
The Chief Minister further proposed setting up a Musi Experience Centre on Necklace Road to showcase the project’s development plans. He also instructed officials to use the centre to gather public feedback and improve citizen participation in the Musi Riverfront Development Project.
