తెలంగాణలో ప్రతి పౌరుడికి అందుతున్న సంక్షేమ పథకాల వివరాలన్నింటిని ఒకే వేదికపైకి తీసుకురావడానికి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి Revanth Reddy అధికారులతో నిర్వహించిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో ‘సమగ్ర సంక్షేమ కార్డు’ రూపకల్పనపై ప్రత్యేక ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.
ఈ కార్డు ద్వారా ఏ పౌరుడికి ఏ శాఖ ద్వారా, ఏ పథకం కింద, ఎంత మేర లబ్ధి అందుతోందో స్పష్టంగా తెలుసుకునే విధంగా వ్యవస్థ రూపొందించాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. ఇందుకోసం అన్ని శాఖల నుంచి లబ్ధిదారుల డేటాను సేకరించేందుకు ప్రత్యేక డ్రైవ్ చేపట్టాలని ఆదేశించారు.
సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో మంత్రి Duddilla Sridhar Babu, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కె. రామకృష్ణారావు, సీఎం ప్రత్యేక కార్యదర్శి బి. అజిత్ రెడ్డి, ఐటీ శాఖ జాయింట్ సెక్రటరీ అనుదీప్ దురిశెట్టి తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ, ముఖ్యమంత్రి సహాయ నిధి, ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్, కార్మిక శాఖ, విద్యాశాఖ, బీమా పథకాలు వంటి సంక్షేమ వివరాలన్నీ ఈ కార్డుతో అనుసంధానం చేయాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. అవసరమైతే ఆధార్ తరహాలో రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి ప్రత్యేక యూనిక్ ఐడెంటిటీ నంబర్ ఇవ్వాలని కూడా పరిశీలించాలని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఏఐ ఆధారిత విశ్లేషణ ద్వారా అర్హులకు పథకాలు మరింత కచ్చితంగా చేరేలా, అనర్హులను గుర్తించేలా వ్యవస్థ ఉండాలని సీఎం అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ప్రజల ఆరోగ్య ప్రొఫైల్, మరణ ధృవీకరణ వివరాలు, పెన్షన్ డేటా వంటి అంశాలను కూడా సమగ్రంగా అనుసంధానం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.

The Telangana government is planning to introduce a Unified Welfare Card aimed at integrating details of all welfare schemes received by citizens onto a single platform.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy issued directions to officials during a high-level review meeting on the proposed initiative. The government intends to create a system that clearly shows which citizen is receiving benefits from which department and under which welfare scheme.
Officials have been instructed to immediately begin a special drive to collect beneficiary data from all government departments. The initiative is expected to create a comprehensive welfare profile for every citizen in the state.
The review meeting was attended by IT Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao, Special Secretary B. Ajith Reddy and senior IT department officials.
According to the Chief Minister, the proposed card should include information related to Aarogyasri, Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, fee reimbursement, labour welfare, education schemes and insurance programmes. The government is also considering a unique state-level identity number similar to Aadhaar.
The Chief Minister emphasized the use of Artificial Intelligence-based profiling to improve transparency, identify genuine beneficiaries and eliminate irregularities in welfare implementation.
