వేసవి వేడిని సృజనాత్మకంగా ఆస్వాదిస్తూ ప్రేరణ బ్యాచ్ 6–సైకిల్ 2లో పాల్గొన్న విద్యార్థులు ప్రత్యేక ఐస్క్రీమ్ తయారీ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు. సంప్రదాయ పద్ధతులు, సాధారణ పరికరాలను ఉపయోగించి నిర్వహించిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో విద్యార్థులు శాస్త్రీయ అవగాహనతో పాటు చిన్న వ్యాపార అవకాశాలపై కూడా ప్రాథమిక పరిజ్ఞానం పొందారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఐస్క్రీమ్ గడ్డకట్టే ప్రక్రియ వెనుక ఉన్న సైన్స్ను విద్యార్థులకు వివరించారు. స్థానికంగా లభించే పదార్థాలతో తయారీ చేయడం ద్వారా ‘వోకల్ ఫర్ లోకల్’ భావనను ప్రోత్సహించారు. విద్యార్థులు స్వయంగా తయారీలో పాల్గొని అనుభవాత్మక విద్యను ఆస్వాదించారు.

Participants of Prerana Batch 6 – Cycle 2 took part in an engaging ice cream-making activity designed to combine experiential learning with practical knowledge during the summer season.
Using traditional methods and simple tools, students explored the science behind freezing and learned how locally available ingredients can be used to prepare ice cream. The activity also introduced students to basic entrepreneurial concepts by showing how small food-based ideas can develop into local business opportunities.
Organisers said the programme aimed to encourage creativity, teamwork, scientific thinking, and skill development among students through hands-on learning experiences. The initiative also promoted the spirit of ‘Vocal for Local’ by highlighting the importance of using regional ingredients and traditional preparation methods.
