ఉమ్మడి రంగారెడ్డి, హైదరాబాద్ జిల్లాలకు సంబంధించిన హౌసింగ్ మరియు రెవెన్యూ అంశాలపై మంత్రి Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy అధికారులతో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో పలు శాఖల మంత్రులు మరియు ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
సమీక్ష అనంతరం మంత్రి పొంగులేటి మాట్లాడుతూ, హైదరాబాద్లో సొంత స్థలం ఉండి ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల పథకానికి అర్హత సాధించిన వారికి ఈ నెలాఖరులోగా ఇంటి మంజూరు పత్రాలను అందజేయనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. ఈ నిర్ణయం ద్వారా నగర పరిధిలో స్థలం ఉన్న కానీ ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులతో ఇల్లు నిర్మించుకోలేని కుటుంబాలకు ఉపశమనం లభించనుంది.
ఇక రెండో విడత ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల పథకాన్ని జూన్ 2న ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లాలో ప్రారంభించనున్నట్లు మంత్రి తెలిపారు. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన విధివిధానాలపై ఈ నెల 21న జరిగే కేబినెట్ సమావేశంలో తుది నిర్ణయం తీసుకోనున్నట్లు చెప్పారు.
డబుల్ బెడ్రూమ్ ఇళ్ల కేటాయింపుల కోసం ప్రత్యేక డ్రైవ్ చేపట్టాలని అధికారులకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. కాలనీలకు 5 నుంచి 8 కిలోమీటర్ల పరిధిలో నివసించే అర్హులను గుర్తించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
పేదలు ప్రస్తుతం నివసిస్తున్న ప్రాంతాలకు సమీపంలోనే ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణానికి భూములు గుర్తించాలని, ప్రతి నియోజకవర్గాన్ని యూనిట్గా తీసుకొని ప్రతిపాదనలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని మంత్రి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ నిర్ణయం ద్వారా హైదరాబాద్ మరియు పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లో గృహ నిర్మాణ సహాయం కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్న వేలాది కుటుంబాలకు ప్రయోజనం కలిగే అవకాశం ఉందని అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు.

The Telangana government has taken a key decision to provide houses under the Indiramma Housing Scheme to eligible poor families who own house plots in Hyderabad. The initiative is being accelerated under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.
Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy conducted a review meeting with officials regarding housing and revenue issues related to the combined Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad districts. Ministers from multiple departments and senior officials attended the meeting.
After the review, the minister announced that eligible beneficiaries who own house plots in Hyderabad would receive Indiramma house sanction letters before the end of this month. The move is expected to benefit economically weaker families who possess land but are unable to construct houses due to financial constraints.
The minister also stated that the second phase of the Indiramma Housing Scheme would be launched in Adilabad on June 2. The state cabinet is expected to discuss and finalize operational guidelines during the cabinet meeting scheduled for May 21.
Officials were instructed to conduct a special drive for allotment of double-bedroom houses. Authorities have also been directed to prioritize beneficiaries residing within a 5 to 8-kilometre radius of the proposed housing colonies.
The government further instructed officials to identify suitable lands close to existing residential areas of poor families and prepare constituency-wise proposals for housing development.
The latest decision is expected to provide major relief to thousands of eligible families in Hyderabad and surrounding regions who have been waiting for government-backed housing assistance.
