తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా అమలు చేస్తున్న ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల పథకంపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించింది. జూన్ మొదటి వారానికల్లా లక్ష ఇళ్ల గృహప్రవేశాలు పూర్తి చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది. ఇందుకోసం అర్హుల గుర్తింపు, పెండింగ్ బిల్లుల చెల్లింపులు, అసంపూర్తి గృహాల కేటాయింపుపై వేగవంతమైన చర్యలు ప్రారంభించింది.
రెవెన్యూ, గృహ నిర్మాణ శాఖల మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల పథకం, భూ భారతి కార్యక్రమాల అమలుపై జిల్లాల వారీగా ప్రత్యేక సమీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. హైదరాబాద్లోని హౌసింగ్ కార్పొరేషన్ కార్యాలయంలో నిజామాబాద్, ఆదిలాబాద్ ఉమ్మడి జిల్లాలపై సమీక్ష సమావేశాలు ఏర్పాటు చేశారు.
ఈ సమావేశాల్లో జిల్లాల ఇన్ఛార్జ్ మంత్రులు, కలెక్టర్లు, అదనపు కలెక్టర్లు పాల్గొని క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ఎదురవుతున్న సమస్యలను మంత్రి దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లనున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా గత ప్రభుత్వ కాలంలో అసంపూర్తిగా నిలిచిపోయిన 35,200 డబుల్ బెడ్రూమ్ ఇళ్ల కేటాయింపుపై కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది.
ప్రస్తుతం ఎవరికీ కేటాయించని ఈ ఇళ్లను ఇందిరమ్మ పథకం మొదటి విడతలోని ఎల్-2 జాబితాలో ఉన్న లబ్ధిదారులకు ఇవ్వాలని ప్రభుత్వం ఆలోచిస్తోంది. దీనివల్ల ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ఇళ్లు వినియోగంలోకి రావడంతో పాటు పేదలకు తక్షణ నివాసం లభించే అవకాశం ఉంది.
ఇందిరమ్మ పథకం కింద ప్రతి నియోజకవర్గానికి 3,500 ఇళ్ల చొప్పున రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 4.50 లక్షల ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణ లక్ష్యాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్దేశించింది. ఇప్పటికే 3.25 లక్షల ఇళ్లకు అనుమతులు ఇవ్వగా, 2.66 లక్షల ఇళ్ల పనులు వివిధ దశల్లో కొనసాగుతున్నాయి.
సాంకేతిక కారణాలతో పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న బిల్లులను తక్షణమే క్లియర్ చేయాలని మంత్రి అధికారులకు ఆదేశించారు. మరోవైపు తొమ్మిది లక్షల మందికి పైగా రైతులకు ప్రయోజనం చేకూర్చే సాదాబైనామాల క్రమబద్ధీకరణ, ధరణి సమస్యల పరిష్కారంపై కూడా సమీక్షలు జరుగుతున్నాయి.
అర్హులైన వారు అనర్హుల జాబితా ఎల్-3లోకి వెళ్లినట్లు వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదులపై రీ-వెరిఫికేషన్ చేయాలని మంత్రి నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల సూచనలు, ప్రజల నుంచి వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తుల ఆధారంగా సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు చేపడుతోంది.
జూన్ మొదటి వారానికల్లా లక్ష గృహప్రవేశాలు పూర్తి చేయాలనే లక్ష్యంతో అధికార యంత్రాంగాన్ని వేగవంతం చేస్తోంది.

The Telangana government has intensified its focus on the prestigious Indiramma Housing Scheme with a target of completing one lakh house gruhapravesams by the first week of June. The government has accelerated beneficiary identification, pending bill clearances, and allocation of incomplete housing units.
Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has started special district-wise review meetings on the implementation of the Indiramma Housing Scheme and Bhu Bharati program. Review meetings for the combined districts of Nizamabad and Adilabad were held at the Housing Corporation office in Hyderabad.
District in-charge ministers, collectors, and additional collectors are participating in these meetings to present field-level issues directly to the minister. A major focus is on the allocation of around 35,200 incomplete double-bedroom houses that remained unfinished during the previous government.
The government is considering allocating these unassigned houses to beneficiaries listed under the L-2 category of the first phase of the Indiramma scheme. This move is expected to bring vacant houses into use and provide immediate shelter to poor families.
Under the Indiramma scheme, the state has set a target of constructing 4.50 lakh houses, with 3,500 houses for each constituency. So far, approvals have been given for 3.25 lakh houses, while construction of 2.66 lakh houses is underway in different stages.
The minister also instructed officials to clear pending bills that were delayed due to technical reasons. At the same time, discussions are being held on regularisation of Sadabainamas, which could benefit over nine lakh farmers, along with resolving Dharani-related land issues.
Complaints regarding eligible beneficiaries being shifted to the ineligible L-3 list will be re-verified. The government says solutions will be based on public applications and suggestions from elected representatives.
With a firm target of completing one lakh gruhapravesams by early June, the government is pushing the administrative machinery for faster execution across Telangana.
