CM Revanth Reddy flagged off Vikram-1 Rocket at Skyroot Aerospace HQ in Hyderabad
హైదరాబాద్లోని శంషాబాద్ గీఎంఆర్ ఏరోస్పేస్ పార్క్లో స్కైరూట్ ఏరోస్పేస్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో విక్రమ్-1 రాకెట్ ఫ్లాగ్ ఆఫ్ కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పాల్గొన్నారు. తెలంగాణలో నిర్మితమైన భారత తొలి ప్రైవేట్ ఆర్బిటల్ రాకెట్గా విక్రమ్-1కు ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు లభించింది.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy participated in the flag-off ceremony of Vikram-1 Rocket at Skyroot Aerospace Headquarters, Max-Q Campus, GMR Aerospace Park, Shamshabad, Hyderabad. Vikram-1 has earned recognition as India’s first private orbital rocket built in Telangana.
భారత అంతరిక్ష రంగంలో తెలంగాణ మరో చారిత్రక ఘట్టానికి వేదికైంది. హైదరాబాద్ శంషాబాద్లోని గీఎంఆర్ ఏరోస్పేస్ పార్క్లో ఉన్న స్కైరూట్ ఏరోస్పేస్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో విక్రమ్-1 రాకెట్ ఫ్లాగ్ ఆఫ్ కార్యక్రమం ఘనంగా జరిగింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పాల్గొని రాకెట్ను అధికారికంగా ఫ్లాగ్ ఆఫ్ చేశారు.
విక్రమ్-1 రాకెట్ దేశంలో ప్రైవేట్ రంగంలో అభివృద్ధి చేసిన తొలి ఆర్బిటల్ రాకెట్గా గుర్తింపు పొందింది. ఈ రాకెట్ పూర్తిగా తెలంగాణలో నిర్మించబడటం రాష్ట్రానికి గర్వకారణంగా మారింది. భారత అంతరిక్ష రంగంలో ప్రైవేట్ సంస్థల భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేసే అడుగుగా దీనిని భావిస్తున్నారు.
స్కైరూట్ ఏరోస్పేస్ సంస్థ ఇప్పటికే అంతరిక్ష రంగంలో వినూత్న ప్రయోగాలతో గుర్తింపు పొందింది. విక్రమ్-1 రాకెట్ ద్వారా ఉపగ్రహాలను భూమి కక్ష్యలోకి పంపే సామర్థ్యాన్ని ప్రదర్శించనుంది. ఇది భారత అంతరిక్ష రంగంలో కొత్త అవకాశాలకు మార్గం సుగమం చేస్తుందని నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం కేవలం ఐటీ, ఫార్మా రంగాల్లోనే కాదు, అంతరిక్ష సాంకేతికతలో కూడా ముందంజలో ఉందని తెలిపారు. యువతకు ఇది ప్రేరణగా నిలుస్తుందని, తెలంగాణను గ్లోబల్ ఇన్నోవేషన్ హబ్గా తీర్చిదిద్దడంలో ఇటువంటి సంస్థలు కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తాయని అన్నారు.
విక్రమ్-1 ఫ్లాగ్ ఆఫ్ కార్యక్రమం తెలంగాణ పారిశ్రామిక అభివృద్ధికి, అంతరిక్ష పరిశ్రమలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రాధాన్యానికి మరో నిదర్శనంగా నిలిచింది.
Telangana witnessed another historic milestone in India’s space sector as the Vikram-1 Rocket flag-off ceremony was held at Skyroot Aerospace Headquarters in GMR Aerospace Park, Shamshabad, Hyderabad. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy officially flagged off the rocket during the event.
Vikram-1 has been recognised as India’s first private orbital rocket developed by the private sector. Its complete construction in Telangana has become a matter of pride for the state. The project is being seen as a major step in strengthening private participation in India’s growing space industry.
Skyroot Aerospace has already gained attention for its innovation in the space sector. Through Vikram-1, the company aims to demonstrate its capability to launch satellites into Earth’s orbit. Experts believe this will open new opportunities for India’s private space ecosystem.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said Telangana is progressing not only in IT and pharma sectors but also in advanced space technology. He stated that such achievements would inspire youth and help position Telangana as a global innovation hub.
The Vikram-1 flag-off ceremony stands as another strong example of Telangana’s industrial growth and its rising importance in India’s space and aerospace sector.
