ఢిల్లీ: తెలంగాణలో పారిశ్రామిక అభివృద్ధిని వేగవంతం చేసే దిశగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కీలక ప్రతిపాదనలు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పించారు. బయ్యారంలో గ్రీన్ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఉక్కు, భారీ పరిశ్రమల శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ హెచ్.డి. కుమారస్వామిని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కోరారు.
గ్రీన్ స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ఏర్పాటుతో రాష్ట్రంలో ఉక్కు కొరత తగ్గడంతో పాటు పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణకు కూడా మేలు జరుగుతుందని ఆయన వివరించారు. ఢిల్లీలో జరిగిన సమావేశంలో కేంద్ర మంత్రి కుమారస్వామితో పాటు ఉక్కు శాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి శ్రీ భూపతిరాజు శ్రీనివాస వర్మ కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు.
#TelanganaRising2047 విజన్లో భాగంగా రూపొందించిన పారిశ్రామిక ప్రతిపాదనలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేంద్ర మంత్రులకు వివరించారు. తెలంగాణలో పాత వాహనాల స్క్రాప్ ద్వారా ఉక్కును రీసైక్లింగ్ చేసే పరిశ్రమ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని కూడా వినతిపత్రం అందించారు.
హైదరాబాద్ను కేంద్రంగా చేసుకుని హైడ్రోజన్ టెక్నాలజీ ఆధారిత గ్రీన్ స్టీల్ క్లస్టర్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. ఆటోమొబైల్, రక్షణ రంగాలకు అవసరమైన ఉత్పత్తుల తయారీ పరిశ్రమలు, ఈవీ బ్యాటరీల తయారీ కేంద్రం ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని కోరారు.
అలాగే మెషిన్ టూల్స్, రోబోటిక్స్ వంటి ఆధునిక పరికరాల తయారీ కోసం ప్రత్యేక పార్క్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. హైదరాబాద్ను 2034 నాటికి నెట్ జీరో నగరంగా మార్చే లక్ష్యంతో ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాల వినియోగాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించేందుకు కేంద్రం సహకారం కోరారు.
ఆధునిక పరిశ్రమలకు అవసరమైన నైపుణ్యాలను నేర్పే జాతీయ స్థాయి శిక్షణా సంస్థలను హైదరాబాద్లో ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి శ్రీనివాసరాజు, కేంద్ర ప్రాజెక్టుల సమన్వయ ప్రత్యేక కార్యదర్శి అద్వైత్ కుమార్ సింగ్ పాల్గొన్నారు.

Delhi: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has submitted key industrial proposals to the Central Government aimed at accelerating industrial development in the state. He requested Union Steel and Heavy Industries Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy to establish a Green Steel Plant at Bayyaram in Telangana.
The Chief Minister said that setting up a Green Steel Plant would help reduce steel shortages while also supporting environmental sustainability. Union Minister of State for Steel B. Srinivasa Varma also attended the meeting held in Delhi.
As part of the #TelanganaRising2047 vision, Revanth Reddy explained the industrial proposals prepared by the state government. He also submitted a representation requesting the establishment of a steel recycling industry using scrap from old vehicles across Telangana.
The Chief Minister proposed setting up a hydrogen technology-based Green Steel Cluster in Hyderabad. He also sought support for industries manufacturing products required for the automobile and defence sectors, along with an EV battery manufacturing hub considering the rising demand for electric vehicles.
He further requested a dedicated park for advanced manufacturing sectors such as machine tools and robotics. With the goal of transforming Hyderabad into a Net Zero city by 2034, he asked for Central Government support to accelerate the transition of vehicles toward EV adoption.
The Chief Minister also urged the Centre to establish national-level skill development institutions in Hyderabad to train youth for modern industrial sectors. Principal Secretary Srinivasa Raju and Special Secretary for Central Projects Coordination Advait Kumar Singh were also present during the meeting.
