హైదరాబాద్ సహా పలు జిల్లాల్లో 40 నుంచి 44 డిగ్రీల వరకు ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదయ్యే అవకాశం ఉందని వాతావరణ శాఖ పేర్కొంది. మధ్యాహ్నం సమయంలో బయటికి వెళ్లాల్సి వస్తే తగిన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని, ముఖ్యంగా పిల్లలు, వృద్ధులు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని సూచించింది.
అధికారుల ప్రకారం, మద్యం సేవించినట్లే వడదెబ్బ కూడా ప్రమాదకరమని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. నీరు ఎక్కువగా తాగడం, సూర్యరశ్మి నుంచి రక్షణ పొందడం, తేలికపాటి ఆహారం తీసుకోవడం వంటి జాగ్రత్తలు పాటించాలని సూచించారు.
గత వారం నల్గొండ జిల్లా ఘనపూర్లో 41.8 డిగ్రీల గరిష్ఠ ఉష్ణోగ్రత నమోదైంది. ఇదే పరిస్థితి ఏప్రిల్ 22 వరకు కొనసాగవచ్చని వాతావరణ శాఖ అంచనా వేస్తోంది. తెలంగాణలో ఎండల తీవ్రత పెరుగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో ప్రజలు జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.
