Telangana Govt to Use Only EVs
తెలంగాణలో ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు ఇకపై ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాల కొనుగోలును తప్పనిసరి చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఆదేశించారు. Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed government departments to purchase only electric vehicles, aiming to promote a pollution-free transport system.
ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు కొనుగోలు చేసే వాహనాలు ఇకపై ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాలే కావాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారులకు సూచించారు. కాలుష్యాన్ని తగ్గిస్తూ పర్యావరణహిత రవాణా వ్యవస్థను అభివృద్ధి చేయడం లక్ష్యంగా ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
The Chief Minister instructed that all new vehicles purchased by government departments must be electric vehicles (EVs). The move aims to strengthen eco-friendly transportation and reduce pollution levels across the state.
కోర్ అర్బన్ ఏరియాలోని ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు అద్దెకు తీసుకునే వాహనాలు కూడా ఎలక్ట్రిక్ వాహనాలే ఉండాలని సీఎం స్పష్టం చేశారు. అదే సమయంలో రవాణా శాఖలో ఉన్న మాన్యువల్ విధానాలకు ముగింపు పలికి అన్ని సేవలను పూర్తిగా ఆన్లైన్లో నిర్వహించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
He also stated that vehicles hired by government departments in core urban areas should also be electric. The transport department has been directed to phase out manual processes and shift all operations to online systems.
రవాణా శాఖకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలపై మంత్రి పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్ మరియు ఉన్నతాధికారులతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. ఆర్టీవో కార్యాలయాలు అద్దె భవనాల్లో కొనసాగకూడదని, వీలైనంత త్వరగా స్వంత భవనాల నిర్మాణానికి ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని సూచించారు.
During the review meeting with Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and senior officials, the Chief Minister instructed that RTO offices should not continue in rented buildings and plans should be prepared to construct dedicated office buildings.
రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాలపై ప్రజల్లో అవగాహన పెంచేందుకు ప్రత్యేక చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. ఇందుకోసం షార్ట్ ఫిల్మ్లు ప్రదర్శిస్తూ ప్రజల్లో ట్రాఫిక్ భద్రతపై చైతన్యం కల్పించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
The Chief Minister also emphasized the need to increase awareness about road safety. Officials were advised to screen short films and awareness campaigns to educate the public about traffic safety.
