తెలంగాణలో వ్యవసాయ రంగాన్ని బలోపేతం చేసే దిశగా ప్రభుత్వం మరో కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. వ్యవసాయ యాంత్రీకరణ పథకంలో భాగంగా రైతులు కొనుగోలు చేసే సాగు యంత్రాలపై ఇచ్చే సబ్సిడీని ఇకపై నేరుగా రైతుల ఖాతాల్లోకి జమ చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ విషయాన్ని వ్యవసాయ శాఖ మంత్రి Tummala Nageswara Rao అధికారులతో జరిగిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో వెల్లడించారు.

The Telangana government has introduced a key reform in its agricultural mechanization scheme. Subsidy provided on farm machinery will now be credited directly to farmers’ bank accounts. The decision was announced by Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao during a review meeting with senior officials.

ప్రస్తుతం సాగు యంత్రాల కొనుగోలుపై ఇచ్చే సుమారు 40 శాతం సబ్సిడీని కంపెనీలకు చెల్లించే విధానం అమల్లో ఉంది. అయితే ఈ విధానానికి ముగింపు పలికి, రైతులకు నేరుగా నిధులు అందే విధంగా కొత్త విధానం అమలు చేయాలని మంత్రి సూచించారు. దీనివల్ల పారదర్శకత పెరుగుతుందని, రైతులకు నేరుగా లాభం చేకూరుతుందని అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు.

Currently, around 40 percent subsidy on agricultural machinery is paid to companies supplying the equipment. The minister directed officials to end this system and instead transfer the subsidy amount directly to farmers. Officials believe this step will improve transparency and ensure direct benefit to farmers.

ఇక రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న రైతు వేదికల వద్ద సోలార్ ప్యానెల్స్ ఏర్పాటు చేసే ప్రతిపాదనను కూడా ప్రభుత్వం ముందుకు తీసుకొచ్చింది. తొలుత కొండారెడ్డిపల్లి, జనంపేట ప్రాంతాల్లో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా ప్రారంభించి, తరువాత మొదటి దశలో 1600 రైతు వేదికలకు విస్తరించాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని అమలు చేయడానికి Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation కు మంత్రి సూచనలు ఇచ్చారు.

The government also plans to install solar panels at Rythu Vedikas across the state to reduce electricity costs. The initiative will begin on a pilot basis in Kondareddypalli and Janampeta and later expand to about 1,600 Rythu Vedikas in the first phase. The minister directed the Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation to implement the project.

రాబోయే వానాకాలం వ్యవసాయ సీజన్‌కు అధికారులు ముందస్తు ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని మంత్రి సూచించారు. రైతులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా విత్తనాలు, ఎరువులు సమయానికి అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని చెప్పారు. ఏప్రిల్ నెలాఖరు నాటికి వానాకాలం సీజన్‌కు అవసరమైన ఎరువులు, పచ్చిరొట్ట విత్తనాలను సిద్ధం చేయాలని అధికారులకు ఆదేశించారు.

Officials were also asked to make advance preparations for the upcoming monsoon farming season. The minister instructed them to ensure timely availability of seeds and fertilizers so that farmers do not face difficulties. Fertilizers and green manure seeds required for the season should be ready by the end of April.
