న్యూ ఢిల్లీలో నిర్వహించిన రైసినా డైలాగ్ సదస్సుకు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు హాజరై ప్రసంగించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఐటి రంగంలో భారతీయుల ప్రతిభ ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా గుర్తింపు పొందిందని పేర్కొన్నారు. డిప్లొమసీ, ఫ్లెక్సిబిలిటీ విషయంలో భారతీయులకు మంచి పేరు ఉందన్నారు.
మూడు దశాబ్దాల క్రితమే ఐటి విస్తరణపై దృష్టి పెట్టామని, హైటెక్ సిటీ మరియు సైబరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి దిశగా చర్యలు తీసుకున్నామని తెలిపారు. 1995లో ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టిన తర్వాత ఐటి రంగానికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చామని చెప్పారు.
అమరావతిని ఆధునిక నగరంగా అభివృద్ధి చేసేందుకు అవసరమైన మౌలిక వసతులు కల్పిస్తున్నామని ఆయన తెలిపారు. పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టే సంస్థలకు జాప్యం లేకుండా అనుమతులు ఇస్తున్నామని, అనేక అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాల్లో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంతో కలిసి ముందుకు సాగుతున్నామని అన్నారు.
సంస్కరణలు దేశ అభివృద్ధికి కీలకమని పేర్కొంటూ ప్రపంచంలో ఎక్కడికైనా వెళ్లినా భారతీయులు కనిపిస్తారని, అనేక దేశాల అభివృద్ధిలో భారతీయుల పాత్ర ఉందని చెప్పారు. భారత్ గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీ ఉత్పత్తి దిశగా వేగంగా ముందుకు సాగుతోందని, భవిష్యత్తులో ఇతర దేశాలకు విద్యుత్ సరఫరా చేసే స్థాయికి ఎదుగుతుందని తెలిపారు.
విదేశాలకు చదువుకోడానికి వెళ్లే విద్యార్థుల్లో ఎక్కువ మంది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు చెందిన వారేనని అన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ప్రపంచంలోని అనేక దేశాల్లో వృద్ధుల సంఖ్య పెరుగుతోందని, జనాభా నిర్వహణ కీలక అంశంగా మారిందని చెప్పారు. దక్షిణ భారత రాష్ట్రాల్లో సంతానోత్పత్తి రేటు 1.5 శాతానికి పడిపోయిందని వివరించారు.
ఇప్పటి పరిస్థితుల్లో ఇద్దరు లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ మంది పిల్లలు ఉండాలని ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నామని, ఇద్దరికి మించి పిల్లలు ఉన్న కుటుంబాలకు ప్రోత్సాహకాలు ఇవ్వాలని పరిశీలిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. భవిష్యత్తులో గ్లోబల్ కమ్యూనిటీకి సేవ చేసే సామర్థ్యం భారత్కే ఉందని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
ప్రపంచ అత్యుత్తమ కంపెనీల్లో పనిచేసే వారిలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు చెందినవారు అధిక సంఖ్యలో ఉన్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు. అమరావతిలో క్రియేటివ్ సిటీ నిర్మాణంతో పాటు డ్రోన్ సిటీ, ఏరోస్పేస్, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ సిటీ ప్రాజెక్టులను అభివృద్ధి చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ఆరోగ్యరంగంలో త్వరలో డ్రోన్ అంబులెన్స్ వంటి సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం కూడా అందుబాటులోకి వస్తుందని చెప్పారు.
Speaking at the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that reforms play a crucial role in driving the country’s development. He highlighted the global reputation of Indians in the field of information technology and their strength in diplomacy and flexibility.
Naidu said he had focused on the expansion of the IT sector nearly three decades ago and worked on developing projects such as Hitec City and Cyberabad. After assuming office as Chief Minister in 1995, he prioritized the growth of the IT sector in the state.
He stated that Amaravati is being developed with world-class infrastructure and that investors are being given quick approvals without delays. The state government is also working closely with the central government on several development initiatives.
The Chief Minister noted that Indians are present across the world and have contributed significantly to the development of many countries. India is also moving rapidly toward green energy production and could supply electricity to other nations in the future.
He pointed out that a large number of students going abroad for education are from Andhra Pradesh. With ageing populations increasing in many countries, population management has become an important global issue.
Naidu added that the fertility rate in southern India has dropped to around 1.5 percent. While earlier people were encouraged to adopt family planning, now the focus is on encouraging families to have two or more children, with possible incentives for larger families.
He also said Amaravati is being developed as a creative city and that projects such as a drone city, aerospace hub and electronic city are being planned. Technological changes in healthcare are expected in the future, including the introduction of drone ambulances.
