మేఘాలయ రాష్ట్రంలో పూర్తి అక్షరాస్యత సాధన లక్ష్యంగా యూలాస్ – నవ భారత్ సాక్షరత కార్యక్రమం కింద ఫౌండేషనల్ లిటరసీ అండ్ న్యూమరసీ అసెస్మెంట్ టెస్ట్ (FLNAT)ను నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా సుమారు 70 వేల మంది అభ్యాసకులు ఈ పరీక్షకు హాజరవుతున్నారు.

Meghalaya is conducting the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) under the ULLAS – Nav Bharat Saaksharta Karyakram as part of its mission to achieve full literacy across the state.
Around 70,000 learners are being assessed through this large-scale literacy exercise, with examinations taking place across 485 centres. The test is designed to evaluate basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills among adult learners.
