దర్యాప్తు అధికారులు తెలిపిన వివరాల ప్రకారం, సుమారు 10 ఎకరాల ప్రభుత్వ భూమిని క్రమబద్ధీకరించినట్లు చూపించేందుకు నకిలీ పత్రాలు ఉపయోగించినట్లు ఆరోపణలు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ వ్యవహారంలో పలు పత్రాలను ఫోర్జరీ చేసినట్లు విచారణలో వెలుగులోకి వచ్చినట్లు సమాచారం.
కేసు నమోదు అనంతరం పోలీసులు నిందితుల కదలికలపై నిఘా పెట్టారు. ఈ క్రమంలో తమిళనాడులోని కాంచీపురంలో ఉన్న బొల్ల బ్రహ్మనాయుడిని గుర్తించి అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. అనంతరం ఆయనను తెలంగాణకు తరలించి విచారిస్తున్నారు.
ఈ కేసులో ఇప్పటికే పలువురు వ్యక్తులను అరెస్ట్ చేసినట్లు అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. ప్రభుత్వ భూమిపై హక్కుల పేరుతో జరిగిన పత్రాల మార్పిడి, నకిలీ జీఓల వినియోగం వెనుక మరికొందరు వ్యక్తులు ఉన్నారా అనే కోణంలో పోలీసులు దర్యాప్తును విస్తరించారు.
రెవెన్యూ అధికారుల ఫిర్యాదు ఆధారంగా ఈ వ్యవహారం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. భూమి యాజమాన్యానికి సంబంధించిన పత్రాల్లో అవకతవకలు జరిగినట్లు గుర్తించిన అధికారులు పోలీసులకు సమాచారం అందించారు.

Former YSR Congress Party MLA Bolla Brahma Naidu has been arrested by Telangana Police in connection with an alleged government land fraud case involving forged Government Orders (GOs) in Gandipet, Rangareddy district.
According to investigators, fake documents were allegedly used to regularize nearly 10 acres of government land. Authorities suspect that forged records were created and utilized to establish unlawful ownership claims over public property.
After registering the case, police tracked the movements of the accused and located Brahma Naidu in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. He was subsequently taken into custody and brought to Telangana for questioning.
