తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మార్చి 16 నుంచి జూన్ 12 వరకు నిర్వహించిన ప్రజాపాలన–ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక కార్యక్రమంతో ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజలకు మరింత చేరువైందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. డాక్టర్ బీఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో నిర్వహించిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో ఆయన 99 రోజుల కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక అమలుపై సమగ్రంగా సమీక్షించారు.
విభాగాల వారీగా చేపట్టిన కార్యక్రమాలు, సాధించిన ఫలితాలు, ప్రజల నుంచి వచ్చిన స్పందనపై అధికారులను ముఖ్యమంత్రి అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో రాజ్యసభ సభ్యుడు వేమ్ నరేందర్ రెడ్డి, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కె. రామకృష్ణారావు, డీజీపీ సీవీ ఆనంద్తో పాటు వివిధ శాఖల ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
99 రోజుల ప్రణాళికలో చురుకుగా పనిచేసిన శాఖలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి అభినందించారు. ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శుల నుంచి జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ల వరకు ప్రతి నెల క్షేత్రస్థాయి పర్యటనలు నిర్వహించాలని గతంలో ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాలను గుర్తుచేస్తూ, పర్యటనలు నిర్వహించని అధికారులపై నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని సీఎస్ను ఆదేశించారు.
గ్రామ స్థాయి నుంచి రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి వరకు చేపట్టిన కార్యక్రమాలపై ప్రజల అభిప్రాయాలను నమోదు చేయాలని, గ్రామాల్లో గుర్తించిన సమస్యలను సంబంధిత శాఖలు వెంటనే పరిష్కరించాలని సూచించారు. గత మూడు నెలల్లో చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి పనులు, శంకుస్థాపనలు, ఆస్తుల వివరాలను నమోదు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
గ్రామ పంచాయతీ భవనాలు లేని గ్రామాల జాబితాను సిద్ధం చేసి కొత్త భవనాల నిర్మాణానికి కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించాలని పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖకు సూచించారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని పాఠశాల భవనాలపై సోలార్ పవర్ ప్లాంట్ల ఏర్పాటు దిశగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని చెప్పారు.
విద్యా, వైద్య రంగాల్లో ఫేషియల్ రికగ్నిషన్ ఆధారిత హాజరు విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్పష్టం చేశారు. పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలు, ప్రాథమిక ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రాలు, ఉస్మానియా మరియు గాంధీ ఆసుపత్రుల వరకు ఈ విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
జిల్లాల వారీగా 99 రోజుల ప్రగతి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించి, ప్రతి జిల్లాకు ఒక సీనియర్ ఐఏఎస్ అధికారిని ప్రత్యేక అధికారిగా నియమించాలని సూచించారు. ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తున్న పథకాలు, లబ్ధిదారుల వివరాలు, అభివృద్ధి పనుల సమాచారాన్ని డ్యాష్బోర్డులో అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said the Telangana government’s Praja Palana–Pragathi Pranalika programme, conducted between March 16 and June 12, has helped bring governance closer to the people. He reviewed the implementation of the 99-day action plan during a high-level meeting held at the Dr B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat.
The Chief Minister reviewed department-wise initiatives, outcomes achieved and feedback received from the public. Rajya Sabha MP V. Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao, Director General of Police C.V. Anand and senior officials from various departments attended the meeting.
Revanth Reddy appreciated departments that actively participated in the 99-day programme and reiterated his earlier directive that senior officials, including principal secretaries and district collectors, should undertake regular field visits. He instructed the Chief Secretary to submit reports on officials who failed to conduct such visits.
The Chief Minister directed departments to document public feedback received during field programmes and address issues raised at the village level. He also asked officials to maintain records of development works, foundation stone-laying ceremonies and public assets created during the three-month period.
He instructed Panchayat Raj officials to prepare a list of villages that do not have Gram Panchayat buildings and formulate plans for new constructions. The Chief Minister also directed officials to explore the installation of solar power plants on all school buildings across Telangana.
In another key decision, he called for the implementation of facial recognition-based attendance systems across educational and healthcare institutions, from schools and colleges to Primary Health Centres, Osmania Hospital and Gandhi Hospital.
The Chief Minister further ordered district-wise reviews of the 99-day programme and directed the appointment of a senior IAS officer as a special officer for each district. Departments were also instructed to create dashboards containing beneficiary data, scheme implementation details and development works undertaken by the government.
