తెలంగాణలో సంచలనం సృష్టించిన కరీంనగర్ పీఎంజే జ్యువెలర్స్ సాయుధ దోపిడీ కేసులో కీలక పురోగతి నమోదైంది. కరీంనగర్ పోలీసులు ఈ కేసును ఛేదిస్తూ అంతర్రాష్ట్ర దొంగల ముఠాకు చెందిన ముగ్గురు నిందితులను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. పోలీసులు తెలిపిన వివరాల ప్రకారం నిందితులు బీహార్ మరియు పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్ రాష్ట్రాలకు చెందినవారు.

ఈ నెల ప్రారంభంలో కరీంనగర్లోని పీఎంజే జ్యువెలర్స్ షోరూమ్లోకి ఆయుధాలతో ప్రవేశించిన దుండగులు బంగారు ఆభరణాలను దోచుకెళ్లడంతో రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఆభరణాల వ్యాపారుల్లో భయాందోళనలు నెలకొన్నాయి. కేసును ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకున్న తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు సాంకేతిక ఆధారాలతో దర్యాప్తు వేగవంతం చేశారు.
దర్యాప్తులో భాగంగా మొబైల్ ఫోన్లు, నగదు, ఇతర సాంకేతిక ఆధారాలను పోలీసులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు. ఇంకా పరారీలో ఉన్న మరికొందరు నిందితుల కోసం తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో గాలింపు చర్యలు కొనసాగిస్తున్నారు.

A major breakthrough has been achieved in the sensational PMJ Jewellers armed robbery case that shocked Telangana earlier this month. Karimnagar police arrested three members of an interstate criminal gang allegedly involved in the high-profile dacoity at the jewellery showroom in Karimnagar district.
According to investigators, the arrested accused are natives of Bihar and West Bengal and were operating under the directions of notorious criminal Subodh Singh, also known as the “Golden Thief.” Police officials said the gang executed the robbery with careful planning and used fake Aadhaar cards, multiple SIM cards, and temporary hideouts to evade law enforcement agencies.
The armed robbery had triggered panic among jewellery traders across Telangana after masked men stormed the PMJ Jewellers showroom and looted gold ornaments. Telangana Police subsequently launched a large-scale investigation using surveillance inputs and technical evidence.
During the investigation, police recovered mobile phones, cash, and other electronic evidence believed to be linked to the operation. Officials stated that searches are continuing for additional accused persons suspected to be hiding outside Telangana.
Investigators believe the case has now emerged as one of the largest ongoing interstate organised crime investigations currently being handled in Telangana.
