ECI Holds 4,719 All-Party Meetings Across India

ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియలో పారదర్శకత, రాజకీయ పార్టీలతో సమన్వయం బలోపేతం చేసే దిశగా భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 4,719 అఖిలపక్ష సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించింది. ఈ సమావేశాల్లో 28 వేలకుపైగా రాజకీయ పార్టీల ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has conducted 4,719 all-party meetings across the country to strengthen transparency and coordination in the electoral process. More than 28,000 representatives of various political parties participated in these meetings.

న్యూఢిల్లీ: ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియను మరింత పారదర్శకంగా, భాగస్వామ్యపూర్వకంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం (ECI) దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 4,719 అఖిలపక్ష సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించింది. ఈ సమావేశాల్లో వివిధ రాజకీయ పార్టీలకు చెందిన 28 వేలకుపైగా ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఎన్నికల సంఘం చేపట్టిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రధాన ఎన్నికల అధికారుల (CEO) స్థాయిలో 40 సమావేశాలు, జిల్లా ఎన్నికల అధికారుల (DEO) స్థాయిలో 800 సమావేశాలు, ఎన్నికల నమోదు అధికారుల (ERO) స్థాయిలో 3,879 సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించినట్లు వెల్లడించింది.

రాజకీయ పార్టీలతో ప్రత్యక్షంగా చర్చించి ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణ, ఓటరు నమోదు, ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియలో పారదర్శకత, సమన్వయం మరియు ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కారంపై అభిప్రాయాలు సేకరించడం ఈ సమావేశాల ప్రధాన ఉద్దేశమని ఎన్నికల సంఘం తెలిపింది.

ఈ కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా ఎన్నికల వ్యవస్థపై రాజకీయ పార్టీల భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని పెంపొందించడం, ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియను మరింత విశ్వసనీయంగా మార్చడం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది.

ECI Holds 4,719 All-Party Meetings Across India

New Delhi: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has organised 4,719 all-party meetings across the country to strengthen transparency, coordination, and stakeholder participation in the electoral process.

According to the ECI, the meetings witnessed the participation of more than 28,000 representatives from various political parties.

The initiative included 40 meetings at the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) level, 800 meetings at the District Election Officer (DEO) level, and 3,879 meetings at the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) level.

The Commission said the meetings were aimed at engaging political parties on issues related to electoral management, voter registration, transparency, coordination, and grievance redressal to further strengthen the democratic process.
