మైసూరు: తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి మైసూరులో నిర్వహించిన ఘనమైన దసరా వేడుకల్లో పాల్గొన్నారు. కర్ణాటక ముఖ్యమంత్రి డీకే శివకుమార్, కేరళ ముఖ్యమంత్రి వీడీ సతీశన్‌తో కలిసి వేడుకలకు హాజరయ్యారు.
మైసూరు దసరా ఉత్సవాల్లో ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా నిలిచే చారిత్రక జంబూ సవారిని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తిలకించారు. ఈ ఊరేగింపు కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్ర గొప్ప సాంస్కృతిక వారసత్వం, ప్రాచీన సంప్రదాయాలు, కళారూపాలకు ప్రతీకగా నిలుస్తుంది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్ర అధిదేవత శ్రీ చాముండేశ్వరి అమ్మవారికి సమర్పించిన పుష్పార్చన కార్యక్రమం భక్తిశ్రద్ధల మధ్య నిర్వహించారు. అంతకుముందు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రసిద్ధ చాముండేశ్వరి ఆలయాన్ని సందర్శించి, ప్రత్యేక పూజలు నిర్వహించారు. అమ్మవారి ఆశీస్సులు పొందారు.
మైసూరు దసరా వేడుకలు కర్ణాటక చరిత్ర, సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాలు, భక్తిభావాన్ని ప్రతిబింబించే ప్రముఖ ఉత్సవంగా గుర్తింపు పొందాయి. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి పలువురు ప్రముఖులు, ఇతర ఉన్నతాధికారులు కూడా హాజరయ్యారు.

Mysuru: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy participated in the grand Mysuru Dasara celebrations in Mysuru, Karnataka, alongside Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan.
The Chief Minister witnessed the iconic Jamboo Savari, one of the major attractions of the Mysuru Dasara festivities. The procession reflects Karnataka’s rich cultural heritage, age-old traditions and vibrant artistic traditions.
Floral offerings were made in devotion to Goddess Chamundeshwari, the presiding deity of the state. Ahead of the celebrations, Revanth Reddy visited the revered Chamundeshwari Temple and performed special rituals, seeking the blessings of the goddess.
Mysuru Dasara is widely recognised for its historical significance, cultural traditions and devotional celebrations. The festivities brought together distinguished dignitaries and highlighted the region’s longstanding cultural heritage.
