శామీర్పేట, సెప్టెంబర్ 17: శామీర్పేట మండలంలో కొనసాగుతున్న SIR ప్రక్రియను సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించాలని కీసర ఆర్డీవో వెంకట్ రెడ్డి అధికారులకు సూచించారు. గురువారం శామీర్పేట తహసీల్దార్ కార్యాలయంలో అధికారులు, బీఎల్వోలతో ఆయన సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా మండలంలో కొనసాగుతున్న SIR పనుల పురోగతిని, బీఎల్వోలు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో నిర్వహిస్తున్న పనుల వివరాలను ఆర్డీవో అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న పనులను గుర్తించి వేగంగా పూర్తి చేయాలని బీఎల్వోలకు సూచించారు.
అవసరమైన సందర్భాల్లో ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, రాజకీయ పార్టీల ప్రతినిధుల సహకారం తీసుకుని సంబంధిత సమాచారాన్ని త్వరితగతిన సేకరించాలని తెలిపారు. ఓటరు జాబితా సవరణ ప్రక్రియలో అవసరమైన సమాచారాన్ని సమగ్రంగా పరిశీలించి, పనులను నిర్ణీత సమయంలో పూర్తి చేయాలని సూచించారు.
SIR ప్రక్రియను సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు అధికారులు, బీఎల్వోలు పరస్పర సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని ఆర్డీవో వెంకట్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియలో ఓటరు జాబితా సవరణకు సంబంధించిన పనులను పర్యవేక్షించడం రెవెన్యూ అధికారుల విధుల్లో భాగంగా ఉంటుంది.

At the Shamirpet Tahsildar’s office, Keesara RDO Venkat Reddy reviewed the progress of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. He directed BLOs to speed up the work and complete pending tasks at the earliest.
Shamirpet, September 17: Keesara RDO Venkat Reddy instructed officials to ensure that the SIR process underway in Shamirpet mandal is carried out efficiently. He conducted a review meeting with officials and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) at the Shamirpet Tahsildar’s office on Thursday.
During the review, the RDO sought details of the progress of SIR work in the mandal and the field-level activities being carried out by BLOs. He instructed the BLOs to identify pending work and complete it without delay.
He also advised officials to seek the cooperation of public representatives and representatives of political parties wherever necessary to collect relevant information quickly. The information related to the electoral roll revision process should be properly verified and the pending work completed within the prescribed timeline.
RDO Venkat Reddy stressed the need for close coordination between officials and BLOs to ensure the effective implementation of the SIR process. Electoral-roll revision is among the responsibilities handled by revenue authorities as part of election-related work.
Shamirpet Tahsildar Srinivas, the SIR trainer, officials and BLOs participated in the review meeting.
