Raksha Bandhan celebrations were held at Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s residence in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, with women leaders and representatives tying Rakhi to the Chief Minister and conveying their festival greetings.
Ministers Seethakka and Konda Surekha, Telangana Women’s Commission Chairperson Gadwal Vijayalakshmi, commission members, chairpersons of various corporations, representatives of Brahma Kumaris and Women Congress leaders participated in the celebrations.
The women representatives tied Rakhi to Revanth Reddy and extended their greetings on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. The Chief Minister interacted with the participants during the celebrations.
Students of the Government High School for Blind Girls at Malakpet also met the Chief Minister and tied Rakhi to him. They conveyed their Raksha Bandhan greetings to Revanth Reddy on the occasion.
