మహబూబ్నగర్: పాలమూరు–రంగారెడ్డి ఎత్తిపోతల ప్రాజెక్టుకు సంబంధించి త్వరలోనే శుభవార్త వినిపిస్తుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రకటించారు. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు కింద 90 టీఎంసీల నీటి వినియోగానికి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వంతో చర్చలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయని తెలిపారు. అలాగే డిండి ప్రాజెక్టుకు 30 టీఎంసీల నీటి కేటాయింపుపై కూడా సంప్రదింపులు జరుగుతున్నాయని వెల్లడించారు.
మహబూబ్నగర్ జిల్లా దివిటిపల్లిలో అమర రాజా గిగా కారిడార్లో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కస్టమర్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్ ప్లాంట్ (CQP) తయారీ యూనిట్ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రారంభించి పరిశీలించారు. అనంతరం నిర్వహించిన సభలో కృష్ణా పరివాహక ప్రాంతంలోని దిండి, పాలమూరు–రంగారెడ్డి, కల్వకుర్తి, బీమా–నెట్టెంపాడు, కోయిల్ సాగర్, ఆర్డీఎస్ ప్రాజెక్టులకు అవసరమైన అనుమతులు సాధించి పూర్తి చేయడానికి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని తెలిపారు.
మహబూబ్నగర్ జిల్లాను వ్యవసాయ, పారిశ్రామిక రంగాల్లో ఆదర్శ జిల్లాగా తీర్చిదిద్దే బాధ్యత తనదేనని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు. విద్యాభివృద్ధి కోసం ట్రిపుల్ ఐటీ, ఇంజినీరింగ్ కళాశాలలు, యంగ్ ఇండియా ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూల్స్, ప్రతి నియోజకవర్గానికి ఏటీసీలను ఏర్పాటు చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు.
పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షించేందుకు Telangana Rising 2047 లక్ష్యాలతో పలు విధానాలను రూపొందించామని, పర్యాటకం, ఇంధనం, వైద్యం, క్రీడల రంగాల్లో కొత్త విధానాలు అమలు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. అమర రాజా సంస్థ తెలంగాణ పారిశ్రామిక అభివృద్ధికి మరింత సహకరించాలని కోరారు.
స్థానిక రైతులు భూములు ఇచ్చి పరిశ్రమలకు సహకరించారని, పరిశ్రమలు కూడా స్థానిక యువతకు అధిక ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పించాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణలో భాగంగా విద్యుత్ వాహనాల వినియోగం పెరగాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని, ఈవీ బ్యాటరీల తయారీలో అమర రాజా ప్రపంచ స్థాయి పోటీని ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సంస్థగా అభివర్ణించారు.
అమర రాజా సంస్థలో మహిళలకు అధిక ఉపాధి కల్పించడం అభినందనీయమని, స్థానిక నిరుద్యోగులకు ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు పెరగడం జిల్లాకు మేలు చేస్తుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు.

Mahabubnagar: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that a positive development regarding the Palamuru–Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Project is expected soon. He stated that efforts are underway to secure approvals from the Central Government and the Andhra Pradesh Government for utilizing 90 TMC of water under the project. Discussions are also continuing on allocating 30 TMC of water to the Dindi Project.
The Chief Minister inaugurated and inspected the Customer Qualification Plant (CQP) at the Amara Raja Gigacorridor in Divitipalli, Mahabubnagar district. Addressing the gathering, he said the government is working to resolve pending issues and obtain all required approvals for the Dindi, Palamuru–Rangareddy, Kalwakurthy, Bhima–Nettampadu, Koilsagar and RDS irrigation projects in the Krishna basin.
Revanth Reddy said the government is committed to transforming Mahabubnagar into a model district through irrigation, education and industrial development. He highlighted initiatives including IIITs, engineering colleges, Young India Integrated Residential Schools and skill training centres.
The Chief Minister said the government has introduced investor-friendly policies under the Telangana Rising 2047 vision and requested Amara Raja Group to support the state’s industrial growth. He also urged industries to provide maximum employment opportunities to local youth.
Highlighting the importance of electric mobility, he said EV battery manufacturing is becoming increasingly significant worldwide. He praised Amara Raja for establishing a globally competitive battery manufacturing ecosystem and for creating substantial employment opportunities, including a large number of jobs for women.
