విద్యార్థులు అధికారిక PM-విద్యాలక్ష్మి పోర్టల్ ద్వారానే దరఖాస్తు చేయాలని, నకిలీ వెబ్సైట్లు లేదా మోసపూరిత లింకులను నమ్మవద్దని అధికారులు సూచించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా ఉన్నత విద్య కోసం విద్యా రుణాలను మరింత సులభంగా, పారదర్శకంగా అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావడమే లక్ష్యంగా ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోంది.

The Government of India has urged students not to be discouraged by misconceptions about education loans and to make use of the PM-Vidyalaxmi Portal for higher education financing.
Eligible students can apply online through the portal using the Common Education Loan Application Form (CELAF). The platform enables students to register, submit a single application to multiple banks, upload documents, track the status of their applications, and avail eligible interest subsidy benefits.
Officials have advised students to use only the official PM-Vidyalaxmi Portal and avoid fake websites or fraudulent links. The initiative aims to make education loan applications simpler, more transparent, and easily accessible for students pursuing higher education.
