CM Revanth Reddy Directs Policy for Land Allotment at Yadagirigutta Temple in Telangana

యాదగిరిగుట్ట శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనరసింహ స్వామి దేవస్థానం పరిధిలో వివిధ మఠాలు, ధార్మిక సంస్థలు, అతిథి గృహాల కోసం భూముల కేటాయింపునకు స్పష్టమైన విధానాన్ని రూపొందించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. దేవస్థానం భూముల యాజమాన్య హక్కులు పూర్తిగా ఆలయానికే ఉండేలా నిబంధనలు రూపొందించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
యాదగిరిగుట్ట శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనరసింహ స్వామి ఆలయ అభివృద్ధిపై ఎంసీఆర్ హెచ్ఆర్డీ బోధి పెవిలియన్లో నిర్వహించిన ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి పలు కీలక సూచనలు చేశారు. భూముల కేటాయింపులో తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానం (టీటీడీ) అనుసరిస్తున్న విధానాన్ని అధ్యయనం చేసి, అదే తరహా విధానాన్ని యాదగిరిగుట్టలో అమలు చేసే అవకాశాలను పరిశీలించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.
హరే రామ హరే కృష్ణ (చారిటబుల్) ఫౌండేషన్కు మార్కెట్ ధర ప్రకారం భూమిని కేటాయించాలని, గుట్టపై అతిథి గృహాల నిర్మాణానికి ముందుకు వచ్చే వారి జాబితాను రూపొందించి, టీటీడీ తరహాలో దశలవారీగా అనుమతులు ఇవ్వాలని ఆదేశించారు. అలాగే కుల సంఘాలకు స్థలాల కేటాయింపుపై కూడా స్పష్టమైన మార్గదర్శకాలు రూపొందించాలని తెలిపారు.
ఆలయ అభివృద్ధి పనుల కోసం అవసరమైన భూ సేకరణకు తక్షణమే నిధులు విడుదల చేయాలని, ఆలయ నిర్మాణానికి సంబంధించి ఇంజనీర్ల కమిటీ సమర్పించిన నివేదికను వారంలోగా సమగ్రంగా పరిశీలించి నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. అదనంగా పబ్లిక్-ప్రైవేట్ భాగస్వామ్య (PPP) విధానంలో యాదగిరిగుట్ట టూరిజం సర్క్యూట్ అభివృద్ధి చేయాలని సూచించారు.
సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో రాజ్యసభ సభ్యుడు వేమి నరేందర్ రెడ్డి, ఎంపీలు కిరణ్ చామల, రఘువీర్, ప్రభుత్వ విప్ ఇలయ్య, ఎమ్మెల్యే కుంభం అనిల్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి, దేవాదాయ శాఖ, ఆర్థిక శాఖ మరియు ఆలయ అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to formulate a clear policy for allotting temple lands to various mutts, charitable institutions, and guest houses within the premises of the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple at Yadagirigutta. He emphasized that ownership rights over all temple lands must remain with the temple administration.
During a high-level review meeting held at the MCR HRD Bodhi Pavilion on the development of the Yadagirigutta temple, the Chief Minister instructed officials to study the land allotment model followed by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and explore adopting a similar framework for Yadagirigutta.
He also directed that land be allotted to the Hare Rama Hare Krishna Charitable Foundation at the prevailing market price. Officials were asked to prepare a list of applicants willing to construct guest houses on the hill and to grant approvals in phases following the TTD model. A transparent policy for allotting land to community associations was also recommended.
The Chief Minister further instructed officials to immediately release funds for land acquisition required for various development works. He asked the engineering committee to submit a comprehensive report within a week after examining the temple construction review. He also stressed developing a tourism circuit around Yadagirigutta through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
