New 242K Bus Service Launched Between Keshwapur and Secunderabad for Daily Commuters
మేడ్చల్ మల్కాజ్గిరి జిల్లాలోని కేశ్వపూర్ ప్రాంత ప్రజలకు రవాణా సౌకర్యాన్ని మెరుగుపరిచే దిశగా కేశ్వపూర్–సికింద్రాబాద్ మధ్య కొత్త 242కే బస్సు సర్వీస్ను ప్రారంభించారు. ప్రయాణికులు, విద్యార్థులు, ఉద్యోగుల సౌకర్యార్థం కుషాయిగూడ డిపో అధికారులు ఈ కొత్త సర్వీస్ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకువచ్చారు.
సోమవారం నిర్వహించిన కార్యక్రమంలో జిల్లా ఆర్టీఏ సభ్యుడు భీమిడి జైపాల్ రెడ్డి, మార్కెట్ కమిటీ చైర్మన్ బొమ్మలపల్లి నర్సింహులు యాదవ్, మూడు చింతలపల్లి మున్సిపల్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు దోసకాయల వెంకటేష్, స్థానిక కౌన్సిలర్ మెరుపాటి గోవర్ధన్ రెడ్డిలు సంయుక్తంగా బస్సు సర్వీస్ను ప్రారంభించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా నాయకులు మాట్లాడుతూ స్థానిక ప్రజల నుంచి చాలా కాలంగా బస్సు సౌకర్యం కల్పించాలని డిమాండ్ వస్తోందని తెలిపారు. ముఖ్యంగా ప్రతిరోజూ సికింద్రాబాద్కు వెళ్లే విద్యార్థులు, ఉద్యోగులు, వ్యాపారులు రవాణా ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న నేపథ్యంలో ఈ సర్వీస్ ఎంతో ఉపయోగకరంగా ఉంటుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
స్థానిక కౌన్సిలర్ మెరుపాటి గోవర్ధన్ రెడ్డి చేసిన విజ్ఞప్తికి స్పందించి బస్సు సౌకర్యం కల్పించిన రాష్ట్ర రవాణా, బీసీ సంక్షేమ శాఖ మంత్రి పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్, మేడ్చల్ మల్కాజ్గిరి జిల్లా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు, నియోజకవర్గ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఇంచార్జి తోటకూర వజ్రేష్ యాదవ్, ఆర్టీసీ అధికారులకు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు మరియు గ్రామస్తులు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు.
గ్రామస్తులు, విద్యార్థులు, ఉద్యోగులు ఈ బస్సు సర్వీస్ను సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని నాయకులు కోరారు. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలకు నగరంతో మెరుగైన అనుసంధానం కల్పించడంలో ఈ సేవ కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తుందని అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. కార్యక్రమంలో యన్ వెంకట్ రెడ్డి, ఆర్ భూపాల్, కె రమేష్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

A new 242K bus service has been launched between Keshwapur and Secunderabad to improve public transportation facilities for residents in the Medchal-Malkajgiri district. The service has been introduced by Kushaiguda Depot authorities for the convenience of daily commuters, students, and employees.
The bus service was formally inaugurated on Monday by District RTA Member Bheemidi Jaipal Reddy, Market Committee Chairman Bommalapalli Narsimhulu Yadav, Mudu Chintalapalli Municipal Congress President Dosakayala Venkatesh, and local councillor Merupati Govardhan Reddy.
Speaking on the occasion, the leaders said that local residents had been demanding better bus connectivity for a long time. They noted that students, employees, and businesspersons travelling daily to Secunderabad had been facing transportation difficulties, making the new service highly beneficial.
Public representatives and villagers expressed gratitude to Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, Medchal-Malkajgiri District Congress President and constituency in-charge Thotakura Vajresh Yadav, and RTC officials for responding positively to the request made by councillor Merupati Govardhan Reddy and introducing the service.
Leaders urged residents, students, and employees to make effective use of the new bus facility. They stated that improved transportation connectivity would strengthen links between rural areas and the city while supporting local development. Several local leaders and residents participated in the programme.
