సమస్యలపై స్పందించిన అదనపు కలెక్టర్ ఫైజాన్ అహ్మద్, అంగన్వాడి కేంద్రానికి అవసరమైన ప్రహరీ గోడ నిర్మాణం మరియు డ్రైనేజీ సదుపాయాల కల్పనకు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. చిన్నారుల భద్రత మరియు పరిశుభ్రతకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.

Additional Collector Faizan Ahmed (Local Bodies) inspected the No. 3 Anganwadi Centre in Shamirpet mandal headquarters of Medchal-Malkajgiri district on Wednesday. He visited the centre along with District Welfare Officer Sharada and reviewed the facilities and overall functioning of the Anganwadi centre.
During the inspection, staff members brought several infrastructure-related issues to the notice of the Additional Collector. They informed officials about the absence of a compound wall and inadequate drainage facilities at the centre.
Responding to the concerns, Additional Collector Faizan Ahmed assured that steps would be taken to provide a compound wall and improve drainage facilities at the Anganwadi centre. Officials were instructed to prioritize cleanliness and safety measures for children attending the centre.
R&B AE Dinesh Reddy, Anganwadi teachers, and local staff members participated in the inspection programme. The visit gains importance as Telangana authorities continue focusing on improving infrastructure and welfare facilities in rural Anganwadi centres across districts.
