తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో 42 రైల్వే స్టేషన్ల అభివృద్ధి పనులు కొనసాగుతున్నాయని కేంద్ర మంత్రి శ్రీ జి. కిషన్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్లో జరిగిన ప్రజా కార్యక్రమంలో మాట్లాడిన ఆయన, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆధ్వర్యంలో పలు మౌలిక సదుపాయాల ప్రాజెక్టులు వేగంగా అమలు అవుతున్నాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
రైల్వే స్టేషన్ల ఆధునికీకరణ ద్వారా ప్రయాణికులకు మెరుగైన సౌకర్యాలు అందించడమే లక్ష్యమని ఆయన చెప్పారు. స్టేషన్లలో డిజిటల్ సేవలు, ఆధునిక వేచిచోట్ల ఏర్పాటు, పరిశుభ్రత, భద్రతా వ్యవస్థల బలోపేతం వంటి పనులు చేపడుతున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
ప్రాంతీయ కనెక్టివిటీ పెంపు కోసం రవాణా మౌలిక వసతుల విస్తరణపై కూడా ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి పెట్టిందని కిషన్ రెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రాంతీయ రింగ్ రోడ్ ప్రాజెక్టుపై కూడా త్వరలో పురోగతి కనిపించే అవకాశముందని ఆయన ఆశాభావం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy said that development works are currently underway at 42 railway stations across Telangana as part of major central infrastructure initiatives. The minister made the remarks during a recent public interaction held in Hyderabad.
He stated that the railway modernization projects are aimed at improving passenger convenience and strengthening regional connectivity across Telangana. According to officials, several stations are being upgraded with modern passenger amenities, digital facilities, improved waiting areas and enhanced security infrastructure.
