CM Revanth Reddy Reviews Telangana Investment MoUs
తెలంగాణలో పెట్టుబడుల ఒప్పందాలు కేవలం పత్రాలకే పరిమితం కాకుండా, భూమిపై కార్యరూపం దాల్చేలా వేగంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. డావోస్, తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ గ్లోబల్ సమ్మిట్లో కుదిరిన ఎంవోయూల అమలు, కంపెనీల కార్యకలాపాల పురోగతిపై ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy directed officials to ensure that investment agreements signed with companies move beyond paperwork and translate into actual ground-level operations quickly. He reviewed the implementation of MoUs signed during Davos and the Telangana Rising Global Summit in a high-level meeting.
రాష్ట్రంలో పెట్టుబడులకు సంబంధించి వివిధ వేదికలపై కుదిరిన అవగాహనా ఒప్పందాలు త్వరగా అమలులోకి రావాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి స్పష్టం చేశారు. పరిశ్రమలు, ఐటీ శాఖ మంత్రి దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు, ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కె. రామకృష్ణా రావు సహా ఉన్నతాధికారులతో కలిసి జరిగిన సమావేశంలో ఆయన పలు కీలక సూచనలు చేశారు.
పెట్టుబడులకు ఒప్పందం కుదుర్చుకున్న సంస్థలను మూడు విభాగాలుగా విభజించి, పేరు ప్రఖ్యాతులు ఉన్న సంస్థలకు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాలని సూచించారు. ఇప్పటివరకు గ్రౌండ్ అయిన కంపెనీలు, ఇంకా పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న సంస్థల వివరాలను అధికారులు సమర్పించారు.
భారత్ ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీతో పాటు ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లో కంపెనీలకు కేటాయించాల్సిన భూములపై కూడా సమీక్ష జరిగింది. భూసేకరణ పెండింగ్ పనులను వీలైనంత త్వరగా పూర్తి చేయాలని సీఎం ఆదేశించారు. పరిశ్రమలకు అవసరమైన మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు ముందుగానే సిద్ధం చేయాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ప్రత్యేకంగా డేటా సెంటర్ల కోసం అవసరమైన నీటిని ఎస్టీపీల ద్వారా శుద్ధి చేసిన నీటి నుంచి అందించేలా ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని సూచించారు. భవిష్యత్ అవసరాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా ముందుకు వెళ్లాలని చెప్పారు.
ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీలో కార్యాలయ పనులు త్వరగా పూర్తి చేసి, అక్కడి నుంచే ఎంవోయూల అమలు, పురోగతిని నిరంతరం పర్యవేక్షించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. పూర్తయిన కంపెనీల ప్రారంభోత్సవాలకు అవసరమైన ఏర్పాట్లు కూడా చేయాలని సూచించారు.
ఏ ఎంవోయూ ఎప్పుడు కుదిరింది, ఏ దశలో ఉంది, పెట్టుబడి మొత్తం ఎంత, ఎన్ని ఉద్యోగాలు కల్పించనుంది, అమలులో ఉన్న ఆటంకాలు ఏమిటి వంటి అన్ని వివరాలు సీఎంఓ, సంబంధిత శాఖల మంత్రులు రియల్ టైమ్లో తెలుసుకునేలా ప్రత్యేక డ్యాష్బోర్డ్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
పెట్టుబడుల పర్యవేక్షణ కోసం పూర్తి స్థాయి మానిటరింగ్ వ్యవస్థను ఒక సీనియర్ ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సీఎం సూచించారు. టైర్-2, టైర్-3 నగరాల్లో ఐటీ టవర్లలో జరుగుతున్న కార్యకలాపాలపై కూడా సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
The Chief Minister said investment-related MoUs signed across various platforms must be implemented without delay. During the review meeting attended by Industries and IT Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao and senior officials, he issued several important directions.
He instructed officials to classify companies into three categories and give top priority to reputed and high-impact firms. Officials presented details of companies that have already grounded operations and those still pending.
The meeting also reviewed land allocation for companies in Bharat Future City and other identified locations. Revanth Reddy directed officials to complete pending land acquisition works as quickly as possible and ensure all required infrastructure is made available.
He specifically asked officials to prepare plans for supplying treated water from STPs for data centres. He stressed the need for planned infrastructure development keeping future industrial requirements in mind.
Officials were also directed to complete office works in Future City quickly and monitor MoU implementation and project progress directly from there. Necessary arrangements for inaugurating completed projects should also be made, he said.
The Chief Minister asked for a real-time dashboard that would provide updates on every MoU, including date of agreement, current status, investment value, employment generation and implementation hurdles, so that the CMO and concerned ministers can monitor progress efficiently.
He also called for a full-scale monitoring mechanism under the supervision of a senior IAS officer. Activities in IT towers established in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities were also reviewed during the meeting.
