తెలంగాణలో యాసంగి సీజన్కు సంబంధించిన రైతుభరోసా రెండో విడత నిధులను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేసింది. మంగళవారం 45,11,947 మంది రైతుల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో మొత్తం రూ.2,206.06 కోట్లు జమ అయినట్లు అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు.
పంటల సాగు సమయంలో రైతులకు ఆర్థికంగా అండగా నిలిచేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం రైతుభరోసా పథకాన్ని అమలు చేస్తోంది. ఈ పథకం కింద వానాకాలం పంటకు ఎకరానికి రూ.6 వేలూ, యాసంగి పంటకు మరో రూ.6 వేలూ చొప్పున సంవత్సరానికి మొత్తం రూ.12 వేల పెట్టుబడి సాయం అందిస్తున్నారు.
ఇటీవల నర్మెట్లో నిర్వహించిన సభలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి మొదటి విడతగా ఒక ఎకరానికి సంబంధించిన రైతుభరోసా నిధుల కింద రూ.3,446.94 కోట్లు రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేశారు. ఇప్పుడు రెండో విడతలో కూడా మరో ఎకరానికి సంబంధించిన రూ.6 వేల చొప్పున నిధులు విడుదల చేశారు.
మొదటి, రెండో విడతలను కలిపి ఇప్పటివరకు మొత్తం రూ.5,653 కోట్లు 71.05 లక్షల మంది రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ అయ్యాయి. ప్రస్తుతం పూర్తిస్థాయిలో రైతులకు రెండు ఎకరాలకు మాత్రమే నిధులు అందినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.
పూర్తిస్థాయిలో రైతులందరికీ రైతుభరోసా నిధులు జమ కావాలంటే మరో రూ.3,400 కోట్ల వరకు అవసరం ఉంటుందని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. వచ్చే నెల మొదటి వారంలో మూడో విడత నిధులు విడుదల చేసే అవకాశం ఉందని సమాచారం.
మూడో విడతలో ఐదు ఎకరాల వరకు భూమి కలిగిన రైతులకు నిధులు జమ చేస్తారా లేదా మరో రెండు ఎకరాలకు మాత్రమే పరిమితం చేస్తారా అన్నది ప్రస్తుతం చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారింది.
రెండు విడతల్లో అత్యధికంగా నల్గొండ జిల్లాకు రూ.448.09 కోట్లు విడుదలయ్యాయి. 5,40,693 మంది రైతులు లబ్ధి పొందారు. ఖమ్మం జిల్లాలో 3,45,142 మంది రైతులకు రూ.271.52 కోట్లు, సంగారెడ్డి జిల్లాలో 3,66,343 మంది రైతులకు రూ.271.05 కోట్లు జమ అయ్యాయి.
రెండో విడతలో రైతుభరోసా నిధులు జమ కాని రైతులు సంబంధిత వ్యవసాయ శాఖ అధికారులను లేదా మండల రెవెన్యూ అధికారులను సంప్రదించాలని ప్రభుత్వం సూచించింది. అర్హులైన రైతులు పాస్బుక్స్తో పాటు పూర్తి వివరాలు సమర్పిస్తే పరిశీలించి నిధులు జమ చేసే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.

The Telangana government has released the second installment of Rythu Bharosa funds for the Yasangi season, providing financial support to farmers for crop cultivation. On Tuesday, a total of Rs. 2,206.06 crore was credited to the bank accounts of 45,11,947 farmers across the state.
The Rythu Bharosa scheme is aimed at supporting farmers during crop cultivation seasons. Under this scheme, the government provides Rs. 6,000 per acre for the Kharif season and another Rs. 6,000 per acre for the Yasangi season, totaling Rs. 12,000 per acre annually.
Earlier, during a public meeting held at Narmet, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy released the first installment of Rs. 3,446.94 crore for one acre per farmer. In the second installment, another Rs. 6,000 per acre has been credited for eligible beneficiaries.
With both installments combined, a total of Rs. 5,653 crore has been deposited into the accounts of 71.05 lakh farmers so far. At present, full benefit has reached only up to two acres per eligible farmer.
Officials said that nearly Rs. 3,400 crore more would be required to complete full-scale payment for all eligible farmers. The third installment is expected to be released in the first week of next month.
There is now uncertainty over whether the third installment will cover farmers with up to five acres of land or continue only for an additional two acres like the earlier phases.
Nalgonda district received the highest allocation of Rs. 448.09 crore benefiting 5,40,693 farmers. Khammam followed with Rs. 271.52 crore for 3,45,142 farmers, while Sangareddy district received Rs. 271.05 crore for 3,66,343 farmers.
Farmers who did not receive the second installment have been advised to contact Agriculture Department officials or Mandal Revenue Officers. Eligible farmers should submit passbooks and complete details for verification so that pending payments can be processed.
