డీలిమిటేషన్ ప్రక్రియలో హైబ్రిడ్ మోడల్ అమలు చేయాలని ఆయన సూచించారు. 50 శాతం జనాభా ప్రాతిపదికగా, మిగతా 50 శాతం రాష్ట్రాల ఆర్థిక ప్రాతిపదికన (జీఎస్టీపీ) సీట్ల కేటాయింపు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. రాష్ట్రాల అభిప్రాయాలు, అన్ని పార్టీల అభిప్రాయాలు తీసుకోకుండా కేంద్రం తొందరపాటు నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవద్దని హెచ్చరించారు.
మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లును రాజకీయంగా ఉపయోగించుకుంటున్నారని కూడా ఆయన విమర్శించారు. మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్కు కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ మద్దతు ఇస్తుందని, కానీ డీలిమిటేషన్తో కలిపి అమలు చేయడం సరైంది కాదన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న సీట్లలోనే 33 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy strongly criticized the Centre’s proposed delimitation policy, stating that it could adversely affect southern states and disturb the political balance in the country.
Speaking at an event in Hyderabad, Reddy said that basing constituency delimitation purely on population would disproportionately benefit northern states, where population growth has been higher. He warned that such a move could reduce representation for southern states in Parliament.
He proposed a hybrid model for delimitation, suggesting that 50 percent of seat allocation should be based on population and the remaining 50 percent on economic contribution, measured through Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP).
