ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లా బజార్హత్నూర్ మండలం పిప్రి గ్రామంలో నిర్వహించిన “ప్రజా పాలన – ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక” కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలకు శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్కతో పాటు స్థానిక ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జరిగిన బహిరంగ సభలో మాట్లాడుతూ, నియోజకవర్గాల మధ్య ఎలాంటి తారతమ్యం లేకుండా అభివృద్ధి పనులు కొనసాగిస్తున్నామని సీఎం స్పష్టం చేశారు. అధికార, ప్రతిపక్ష భేదం లేకుండా అన్ని ప్రాంతాల్లో సమాన అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యంగా ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందని తెలిపారు.
ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లు, 200 యూనిట్ల ఉచిత విద్యుత్, రుణమాఫీ, మహిళలకు ఆర్టీసీ ఉచిత ప్రయాణం, రూ.500కే గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ వంటి పథకాలు అమలు చేస్తున్నామని పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రజల సమస్యల పరిష్కారమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని అన్నారు.
2034 నాటికి ఆదిలాబాద్ను పారిశ్రామిక, పర్యాటక, విద్యా కేంద్రంగా అభివృద్ధి చేస్తామని ప్రకటించారు. జిల్లాలో ఖనిజ సంపద, జలవనరులు ఉన్నప్పటికీ గతంలో సరైన ప్రణాళికలు లేక అభివృద్ధి జరగలేదని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
ప్రాణహిత-చేవెళ్ల ప్రాజెక్టును తిరిగి ప్రారంభించి సాగు, తాగునీటి సమస్యలను పరిష్కరిస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. జిల్లాలో విమానాశ్రయం ఏర్పాటుకు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని, కేంద్రంతో చర్చలు జరిపినట్లు తెలిపారు.
బాసర సరస్వతి ఆలయ అభివృద్ధికి రూ.225 కోట్లు మంజూరు చేసినట్లు తెలిపారు. జిల్లాలో యూనివర్సిటీ స్థాపనపై కూడా త్వరలో నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామని వెల్లడించారు.
అనంతరం స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలకు రూ.53.50 కోట్ల చెక్కులు పంపిణీ చేశారు. ఉత్తమ సేవలు అందించిన సర్పంచులకు ఐఎస్ఓ సర్టిఫికేట్లు అందజేశారు.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy laid foundation stones for multiple development works at Pipri village in Bazarhathnoor mandal of Adilabad district under the “Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika” programme. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and local public representatives also participated.
Addressing a public meeting, the Chief Minister stated that the government is implementing development works without discrimination between constituencies. He emphasized that both ruling and opposition areas are being treated equally in terms of development.
He highlighted welfare schemes such as Indiramma housing, free electricity up to 200 units, loan waivers, free RTC travel for women, and subsidized LPG cylinders at ₹500. The focus, he said, is on addressing public needs rather than political considerations.
The Chief Minister outlined plans to transform Adilabad into an industrial, tourism, and education hub by 2034. He noted that despite rich mineral and water resources, the district remained backward due to lack of planning in the past.
He assured that the Pranahita-Chevella project would be revived to resolve irrigation and drinking water issues. Efforts are underway to establish an airport in the district, with discussions already held with the central government.
An allocation of ₹225 crore has been made for the development of Basara Saraswati temple. Plans for establishing a university in the region are also under consideration.
Later, financial assistance of ₹53.50 crore was distributed to self-help groups, and ISO certificates were awarded to four sarpanches for their services.
