తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు, గురుకులాలు, హాస్టళ్లు మరియు స్థానిక సంస్థల విద్యాసంస్థల్లో చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం శుభవార్త ప్రకటించింది. ఒకటో తరగతి నుండి డిగ్రీ వరకు చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు ఉచితంగా ఎడ్యుకేషన్ కిట్లు అందించాలని నిర్ణయించింది.

ఈ సరఫరా కోసం ప్రభుత్వం టెండర్ ప్రక్రియ చేపట్టింది. ఎంపికైన కాంట్రాక్టర్ 33 జిల్లాలకు కిట్లను సరఫరా చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. సరఫరాలో విఫలమైతే డిపాజిట్ మొత్తాన్ని జప్తు చేస్తామని అధికారులు హెచ్చరించారు.
విద్యార్థులకు స్టేషనరీ వస్తువులు, స్కూల్ బ్యాగులు, ఐడీ కార్డులు మరియు ఇతర విద్యాసంబంధిత వస్తువులు ఇవ్వనున్నారు. చిన్న తరగతుల నుండి డిగ్రీ వరకు చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు తరగతుల వారీగా బ్యాగుల పరిమాణాలు నిర్ణయించారు.

The Telangana government has announced a major student welfare initiative by deciding to distribute free education kits to students studying in government schools, welfare institutions, hostels and model schools across the state.
According to officials, the initiative is expected to benefit around 9.5 lakh students from Class 1 to degree level. Each education kit will reportedly contain about 24 essential items required for academic and daily student use.
The government has initiated a tender process for procurement and supply of the kits. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying the materials across all 33 districts of Telangana. Authorities also indicated strict monitoring measures and penalties in case of supply failures.
The kits are expected to include stationery items, school bags, ID cards and other essential study materials. The government has also planned different bag sizes depending on student class levels to ensure suitability and usability.
