హైదరాబాద్లో 2027 జూన్లో జరగనున్న గోదావరి పుష్కరాల నిర్వహణపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. శాసనసభ సమావేశ హాలులో బాసర నుంచి భద్రాచలం వరకు గోదావరి పరీవాహక ప్రాంత అభివృద్ధి పనులపై చర్చించారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో మంత్రివర్గ ఉపసంఘం, ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొని పుష్కరాల ఏర్పాట్లకు రూపొందించిన ప్రణాళికలను పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రజెంటేషన్ ద్వారా వివరించారు. పనులను 2027 జూన్ నాటికి పూర్తి చేయాల్సిన లక్ష్యంపై సీఎం పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
భక్తులకు ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా పుష్కరాల నిర్వహణ కోసం అనువైన ప్రదేశాలను గుర్తించేందుకు ఇంజనీర్లతో టెక్నికల్ కమిటీ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సీఎం ఆదేశించారు. ఈ కమిటీ క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పర్యటించి 15–20 రోజుల్లో నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని చెప్పారు.
ఇంజనీర్ల నివేదికను అధికారుల కమిటీ పరిశీలించి పూర్తి అంచనాలతో మంత్రివర్గ ఉపసంఘానికి పంపాలని, ఆమోదం అనంతరం తుది ప్రణాళికపై మంత్రిమండలి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందని తెలిపారు.
పుష్కరాల కోసం శాశ్వత, తాత్కాలిక పనులను ప్రాధాన్యత క్రమంలో చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు. విభాగాల మధ్య సమన్వయం కోసం ప్రజాభవన్లో ప్రత్యేక వార్ రూమ్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
బాసర శ్రీ జ్ఞాన సరస్వతి ఆలయం అభివృద్ధి, విస్తరణకు సంబంధించిన మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్పై అధికారులు వివరించగా సీఎం సూచనలు చేశారు. పర్యాటక ప్రదేశాలు, ఆలయాల వద్ద ఘాట్ల నిర్మాణం, విస్తరణతో పాటు భక్తులకు రాకపోకల సౌకర్యాలు మెరుగుపర్చాలని అన్నారు.

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy conducted a high-level review meeting on the preparations for the Godavari Pushkaralu scheduled to be held in June 2027. The meeting focused on development works across the Godavari river belt from Basara to Bhadrachalam.
Ministers, members of the cabinet sub-committee, and senior officials attended the meeting and presented detailed plans through a PowerPoint presentation. The Chief Minister reviewed timelines and instructed that all works be completed before June 2027.
To ensure smooth arrangements for devotees, he directed the formation of a technical committee comprising engineers to identify suitable locations for Pushkar ghats. The committee has been asked to conduct field visits and submit a report within 15–20 days.
He further said that the engineers’ report would be examined by an officials’ committee, which would prepare a comprehensive plan with estimates and submit it to the cabinet sub-committee for approval. The final plan will be approved by the state cabinet.
The Chief Minister stressed prioritising both permanent and temporary works and instructed the setting up of a dedicated war room at Praja Bhavan for inter-departmental coordination.
Officials also presented a master plan for the development and expansion of the Basara Gnana Saraswati temple. The CM directed improvements in ghats, connectivity, and facilities to ensure convenience for pilgrims and tourists.
