హైదరాబాద్ కూకట్పల్లి ప్రాంతంలో చనిపోయిన యువతి మృతదేహాన్ని నాలుగు రోజుల పాటు ఇంట్లో ఉంచి ప్రార్థనలు చేసిన ఘటన వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. A shocking incident surfaced in Hyderabad’s Kukatpally area where a family kept a woman’s body at home for four days believing prayers would bring her back to life.
హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలోని కూకట్పల్లి రామకృష్ణ కాలనీలోని శ్రీ సాయి భరద్వాజ అపార్ట్మెంట్లో నివసిస్తున్న ఓ కుటుంబంలో ఈ ఘటన చోటుచేసుకుంది. కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అనారోగ్యంతో మృతి చెందిన శైలజ మృతదేహాన్ని ఆసుపత్రి నుంచి ఇంటికి తీసుకువచ్చి నాలుగు రోజుల పాటు ప్రార్థనలు నిర్వహించారు. ఏసు ప్రభువు కృపతో ఆమె మళ్లీ ప్రాణం పొందుతుందని నమ్ముతూ మృతదేహాన్ని ఇంట్లోనే ఉంచినట్లు సమాచారం.
A family living in Sri Sai Bharadwaj Apartments in Ramakrishna Colony, Kukatpally, reportedly kept the body of a woman named Sailaja at home after she died during treatment at a hospital. Believing that prayers would bring her back to life, the family continued praying for four days.
ఆదివారం రాత్రి అపార్ట్మెంట్ నుంచి దుర్వాసన రావడంతో స్థానికులు పోలీసులకు సమాచారం ఇచ్చారు. పోలీసులు అక్కడికి చేరుకుని తలుపులు తెరవాలని చెప్పినా కుటుంబ సభ్యులు మొదట నిరాకరించారు. అనంతరం పోలీసులు చర్యలు తీసుకోవడంతో తలుపులు తెరచి మృతదేహాన్ని అంబులెన్స్ ద్వారా స్వగ్రామానికి తరలించారు.
Residents informed the police after foul smell emanated from the flat on Sunday night. The police asked the family to open the door, and after initial resistance, they complied. The body was later shifted in an ambulance to their native place.
శైలజ కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ఆమెను మళ్లీ బతికించేందుకు ప్రార్థనలు చేస్తున్నామని పోలీసులకు చెప్పారు. నాలుగు రోజులు ప్రార్థనలు చేస్తే ప్రాణం తిరిగి వస్తుందని వారు వాదించినట్లు సమాచారం. ఈ ఘటనతో స్థానికులు భయాందోళనకు గురయ్యారు. ఆసుపత్రిలో చికిత్స సమయంలో కూడా కుటుంబ సభ్యులు వైద్యుల సూచనలను పాటించలేదని తెలిసింది.
Family members reportedly told police they believed continuous prayers would revive Sailaja. The incident created panic among residents. Hospital sources said the family had earlier resisted certain medical procedures during her treatment.
