హైదరాబాద్: నిషేధిత జాబితా (22ఏ)లో చేరిన భూముల హక్కుదారులు ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి భరోసా ఇచ్చారు. కోర్టు వివాదాల్లో లేని భూములకు సర్వే నంబర్ల ఆధారంగా బై-నంబర్లు కేటాయించి సమస్యలను పరిష్కరిస్తామని తెలిపారు.
కూకట్పల్లి కేపీహెచ్బీ కాలనీలో కోర్ అర్బన్ ప్రాంత పరిధిలో నిర్మించనున్న ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్ల టవర్స్కు ముఖ్యమంత్రి శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. మంత్రులు పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి, శ్రీధర్ బాబు, పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్తో పాటు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జరిగిన సభలో 22ఏ భూముల సమస్యపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్పందించారు. కోర్టు కేసుల్లో ఉన్న కొంత భూమి కారణంగా మొత్తం సర్వే నంబర్ను నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చిన సందర్భాలు ఉన్నాయని చెప్పారు.
వివాదంలో ఉన్న భూములను పక్కనపెట్టి, మిగిలిన భూములకు బై-నంబర్లు కేటాయించి హక్కుదారుల సమస్యలను పరిష్కరిస్తున్నామని రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. కొనుగోలు చేసిన హక్కుదారుల స్థలాలు ఎక్కడికీ పోవని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
కూకట్పల్లి నియోజకవర్గ అభివృద్ధిపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి మంత్రి శ్రీధర్ బాబుకు సూచించారు. రోడ్లు, ఫ్లైఓవర్లు, చెరువుల పునరుద్ధరణతో పాటు పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలు, పరిశ్రమలు, ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలని చెప్పారు.
కూకట్పల్లిలో వందల కోట్ల విలువైన 11 ఎకరాల స్థలంలో ఇందిరమ్మ టవర్స్ నిర్మిస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. నగరంలో నిరుపేదలు ఎక్కడ నివసిస్తున్నారో అక్కడే వారికి సొంత ఇళ్లు కల్పించాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం ముందుకు సాగుతోందన్నారు.
పేదల కోసం నిర్మించే ఇళ్లకు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఛార్జీలను రద్దు చేయాలని మంత్రులకు సూచించారు. ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణ వ్యయంలో లబ్ధిదారులు ఐదారు లక్షలు భరిస్తే, నిర్మాణ పనులను పరిశీలించే హక్కు కూడా వారికి ఉంటుందని చెప్పారు.
మొదటి విడతలో కూకట్పల్లి, కుత్బుల్లాపూర్, మేడ్చల్, కంటోన్మెంట్, ఎల్బీనగర్, ఉప్పల్ వంటి ప్రాంతాల్లో అధికంగా పేదలు, వలస వచ్చిన కుటుంబాలకు ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణంపై ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి పెట్టిందని రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు.
ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను ప్రస్తావిస్తూ 3.28 కోట్ల మందికి ఒక్కొక్కరికి ఆరు కిలోల చొప్పున సన్నబియ్యం, 200 యూనిట్ల వరకు ఉచిత విద్యుత్, రూ.500కే గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ అందిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. మహిళలకు ఆర్టీసీలో ఉచిత ప్రయాణం కల్పిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.
స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలకు రూ.65 వేల కోట్ల బ్యాంకు లింకేజీ కల్పించి, రూ.2,500 కోట్ల వడ్డీని ప్రభుత్వం చెల్లించిందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు. మహిళా సంఘాల ఆధ్వర్యంలో బస్సులు కొనుగోలు చేసి ఆర్టీసీకి అద్దెకు ఇచ్చే కార్యక్రమాన్ని కూడా చేపట్టామని చెప్పారు.
రెండేళ్లలో ప్రభుత్వంలోని వివిధ శాఖల్లో 70 వేల ఉద్యోగాలు భర్తీ చేశామని రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రాన్ని అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమం వైపు నడిపించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందని, ప్రజలు తమ అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలను గత పాలనతో పోల్చి చూడాలని కోరారు.

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has assured landowners that they need not worry if their properties have been included in the prohibited 22A list. He said the government would resolve genuine ownership issues by assigning sub-numbers to survey numbers wherever there are no pending court disputes.
The Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for Indiramma Houses Towers at KPHB Colony in Kukatpally under the Core Urban Region. Ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Sridhar Babu and Ponnam Prabhakar, along with public representatives, attended the foundation ceremony.
Addressing a public meeting, Revanth Reddy spoke about the problems faced by landowners whose properties had been included in the 22A prohibited list. He said entire survey numbers were sometimes included in the list because a portion of the land was involved in a court case.
The disputed portions would be kept aside while sub-numbers would be assigned to the remaining land to facilitate resolution of ownership issues, the Chief Minister said. He assured landowners that properties purchased by genuine rights holders would not be lost.
Revanth Reddy also directed Minister Sridhar Babu to give special attention to the development of Kukatpally. He called for improvements in roads and flyovers, restoration of lakes, expansion of educational facilities and efforts to attract industries and employment opportunities.
The Chief Minister said the government was taking up the construction of Indiramma Towers on 11 acres of valuable land in Kukatpally. The objective, he said, was to provide housing to poor families in the same areas where they currently live.
He also asked ministers to waive registration charges for houses constructed for economically weaker families. Beneficiaries contributing around Rs.5–6 lakh towards construction would also have the right to monitor the progress of the construction, he said.
The first phase of the housing initiative will focus on areas including Kukatpally, Quthbullapur, Medchal, Cantonment, LB Nagar and Uppal, where a large number of poor and migrant families live, according to the Chief Minister.
Revanth Reddy also highlighted several welfare measures of the state government, including six kilograms of fine rice per person for 3.28 crore people, free electricity up to 200 units and LPG cylinders at Rs.500. He said women were also benefiting from free travel on state-run buses.
The Chief Minister said self-help groups had received Rs.65,000 crore in bank linkage, while the government had paid Rs.2,500 crore towards interest. He also highlighted the initiative to enable women’s groups to purchase buses and lease them to the transport corporation.
Revanth Reddy said 70,000 government jobs had been filled across various departments within two years. He urged people to assess the government’s development and welfare initiatives by comparing them with the previous administration.
