ఈ వ్యవహారంలో అంతర్రాష్ట్ర అంశాలు మరియు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ రంగ సంస్థల భాగస్వామ్యం ఉన్నందున నిష్పాక్షిక దర్యాప్తు అవసరమని ప్రభుత్వం భావించింది. అందుకే కేసును సీబీఐకి అప్పగించాలని నిర్ణయించింది.
ఇదే సమావేశంలో అకాల వర్షాల వల్ల పంటలకు నష్టం జరిగిన అంశాన్ని కూడా మంత్రివర్గం చర్చించింది. బాధిత రైతులకు సహాయం అందించేందుకు జిల్లా ఇంచార్జి మంత్రులు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు.
అదనంగా, రాష్ట్రంలో భూముల ధరలను శాస్త్రీయ పద్ధతిలో సవరించాలని నిర్ణయించారు. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ శాఖకు మార్కెట్ విలువలను క్రమబద్ధీకరించేందుకు అనుమతి ఇచ్చారు. ఈ మార్పులు ఈ నెల చివర్లో అమల్లోకి రానున్నాయి.

The Telangana Cabinet has taken a key decision to hand over the investigation into alleged irregularities in power purchases and the Bhadrachalam and Yadadri thermal power projects to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the Dr B.R. Ambedkar State Secretariat. The Cabinet reviewed the 114-page report submitted by a commission headed by Justice Madan B. Lokur, along with the opinions of the Advocate General.
Given the involvement of inter-state aspects and central public sector undertakings, the Cabinet concluded that a comprehensive and impartial investigation was necessary. It therefore resolved to entrust the matter to the CBI.
The Cabinet also discussed crop losses caused by recent unseasonal rains across several districts. The Chief Minister directed district in-charge ministers to assess the damage and ensure relief measures for affected farmers.
Additionally, the government approved the rationalisation of land prices across the state. The Registration Department has been authorised to revise market values scientifically, with the updated prices expected to come into effect by the end of this month.
