English: Medipally POCSO Case: Accused Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison
మేడిపల్లి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలో నమోదైన పోక్సో కేసులో నిందితుడికి న్యాయస్థానం 20 ఏళ్ల జైలు శిక్షతో పాటు రూ.2,000 జరిమానా విధించింది.
బాలికపై అత్యాచారానికి సంబంధించిన ఈ కేసులో దర్యాప్తు పూర్తిచేసిన పోలీసులు ఆధారాలతో నిందితుడిపై చార్జిషీట్ దాఖలు చేశారు. విచారణ అనంతరం నేరం రుజువు కావడంతో న్యాయస్థానం 20 ఏళ్ల జైలు శిక్ష, రూ.2,000 జరిమానా విధిస్తూ తీర్పు వెలువరించింది.
బాలికలపై నేరాలకు పాల్పడే వారిపై కఠిన చర్యలు తప్పవని తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు స్పష్టం చేశారు. బాలికలకు న్యాయం, భద్రత కల్పించడమే లక్ష్యంగా పనిచేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.
A court has sentenced an accused in a POCSO case registered under the jurisdiction of Medipally Police Station to 20 years in prison and imposed a fine of Rs.2,000.
The case involved the sexual assault of a girl. After completing the investigation, police presented the case before the court with the relevant evidence. Following the trial and conviction, the court awarded the accused 20 years of imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.2,000.
