ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాల పోరాట కమిటీ యూ.ఎస్.పి.సి ఆధ్వర్యంలో సిద్దిపేట జిల్లా కోహెడ మండలంలో నాయాబ్ తహసీల్దార్‌కు వినతిపత్రం సమర్పించారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా అన్ని క్యాడర్లలో ఉపాధ్యాయుల బదిలీలు, పదోన్నతుల షెడ్యూల్‌ను వెంటనే విడుదల చేయాలని కమిటీ నేతలు డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
Under the leadership of the United Struggle Committee of Teachers (U.S.P.C.), a representation was submitted to the Nayab Tahsildar in Koheda mandal of Siddipet district. The leaders demanded that the transfer and promotion schedules for all teaching cadres be released without delay.
ఎండి మహమూద్, బాకి ప్రభాకర్, ప్రభాకర్ రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రెండు సంవత్సరాలు గడిచినా పిఆర్సి (PRC)ను అమలు చేయకపోవడం దారుణమని, జూలై 2023 నుండి పిఆర్సి నివేదికను ప్రకటించాలని కోరారు. పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న అన్ని బిల్లులను వెంటనే మంజూరు చేయాలని వారు డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
Leaders Md. Mahamood, Baki Prabhakar, and Prabhakar Reddy criticized the government for delaying the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) implementation even after two years in power and urged immediate release of the PRC report effective from July 2023. They also demanded that all pending bills be cleared immediately.
వారి ముఖ్య డిమాండ్లలో 5571 ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల హెచ్ఎం పోస్టుల ప్రకటన, డీఎస్సీ 2003 ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పాత పెన్షన్ అమలు, జీవో నెంబర్ 25 సవరణ, ప్రతి ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలలో కనీసం ఇద్దరు టీచర్లు, 40 మంది విద్యార్థులకు ఐదుగురు టీచర్ల నియామకం, పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న 5 డి.ఏ.లలో కనీసం 2 ఇవ్వడం, ఎన్నికల ముందు ఇచ్చిన హామీ ప్రకారం సిపిఎస్ రద్దు, పాత పెన్షన్ పునరుద్ధరణ ఉన్నాయి.
Key demands include filling 5,571 headmaster posts in primary schools, restoring old pension benefits to DSC 2003 teachers, revising G.O. No. 25, ensuring at least two teachers per primary school and five teachers for every 40 students, releasing two pending DA installments, scrapping CPS as promised before elections, and restoring old pensions.
అదనంగా, రెసిడెన్షియల్ పాఠశాలల టైమ్‌టేబుల్ మార్పు, కేజీబీవీ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సమ్మె కాలపు వేతనం చెల్లింపు, బేసిక్ పే ప్రకటించడం, మోడల్ స్కూల్ టీచర్ల జీతాలు 010 హెడ్ కింద చెల్లించడం, కులగణన సర్వేలో పాల్గొన్న ఉపాధ్యాయులకు రేమ్యునరేషన్ చెల్లించాలంటూ వారు కోరారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో యూ.ఎస్.పి.సి నాయకులు బుడుగు రాజేందర్, రవి, ఏ. రవీందర్ రెడ్డి, స్వప్న, సురేష్, చారి తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Additional demands include revising residential school timetables, paying salaries for the strike period to KGBV teachers, declaring basic pay, paying model school teachers under the 010 head, and remunerating teachers who participated in the caste census survey. Leaders Budugu Rajender, Ravi, A. Ravinder Reddy, Swapna, Suresh, and Chari participated in the protest.
Teachers’ Forum Demands Immediate PRC Implementation, Transfers, and Promotions
The United Struggle Committee of Teachers (USPIC) submitted a representation to the Nayab Tahsildar of Koheda mandal in Siddipet district, demanding the immediate release of the schedule for teacher transfers and promotions across all cadres.
Md. Mahamood, Baki Prabhakar, and Prabhakar Reddy stated that even after two years of the current government, the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) has not been implemented. They urged the government to release the PRC report and announce its implementation with effect from July 2023. They also called for the clearance of all pending bills.
Key demands include filling 5,571 vacant headmaster posts in primary schools, restoring old pensions for DSC 2003 teachers, revising G.O. No. 25, appointing at least two teachers in every primary school, and ensuring five teachers for every 40 students. They also demanded the release of at least 2 pending DA installments, scrapping the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) as promised before elections, and restoring the old pension scheme.
Further, the leaders insisted on revising the timetable of residential schools, paying salaries for the strike period to KGBV teachers, declaring basic pay, paying model school teachers under the 010 head, and remunerating teachers who participated in the caste census survey.
