హైదరాబాద్‌లో ఆగస్టు 9న జరిగిన యూజెనిక్స్ ఫిల్మ్‌ఫేర్ గ్లామర్ అండ్ స్టైల్ అవార్డ్స్ సౌత్ 2025లో సాయి దుర్గ తేజ్ మోస్ట్ డిజైరబుల్ (మేల్) అవార్డును అందుకున్నారు. ఈ అవార్డును సంగీత దర్శకుడు దేవి శ్రీ ప్రసాద్ అందజేశారు. ప్రత్యేక క్షణంగా, సాయి తేజ్ తన తల్లి విజయ దుర్గ, తండ్రి డాక్టర్ శివ ప్రసాద్ చేతుల మీదుగా అవార్డును స్వీకరించారు. వేదికపైనే ఈ అవార్డును తల్లికి అంకితం చేస్తూ, ఆమె తన జీవితంలో కీలకమైన మద్దతు, ప్రేరణ అని భావోద్వేగంగా తెలిపారు.
తల్లి తనను రోడ్డు ప్రమాదం సమయంలో కాపాడిన సంఘటనను స్మరించుకున్న తేజ్, “నేను అన్నీ కోల్పోయానని అనుకున్నప్పుడు, అమ్మ నన్ను ధైర్యం చేసి, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం కలిగించింది” అని పేర్కొన్నారు. తన స్టైల్ ఐకాన్‌లుగా రామ్ చరణ్, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ పేర్లు చెప్పారు. రామ్ చరణ్ ‘ఆరెంజ్’ చిత్రంలోని లుక్స్ తన ఆల్ టైమ్ ఫేవరెట్ అని అన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం సాయి దుర్గ తేజ్ హై బడ్జెట్ యాక్షన్ డ్రామా సంబరాల ఏటి గట్టు చిత్రంలో బిజీగా ఉన్నారు.

At the Eugenics Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards South 2025 held in Hyderabad on August 9, Sai Durgha Tej received the Most Desirable (Male) award, presented by music director Devi Sri Prasad. In a special gesture, Sai Tej invited his mother Vijayadurga and father Dr. Shiva Prasad on stage to hand over the award. He dedicated the honour to his mother, calling her the most important source of support and inspiration in his life.
Recalling the time she protected him during a road accident, Tej said, “When I thought I had lost everything, my mother gave me courage and restored my confidence.” He named Ram Charan and Pawan Kalyan as his style icons, adding that Ram Charan’s look in the movie Orange is his all-time favourite. Sai Durgha Tej is currently busy with the high-budget action drama Sambaraala Eti Gattu.
