డ్రైవర్ శ్రీనివాసులు హత్య కేసులో జనసేన నాయకురాలు కోట వినూత దంపతులే నిందితులుగా చెన్నై పోలీసులు ప్రకటించారు. మృతదేహం మింట్ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలో అనుమానాస్పదంగా లభించింది.

చెన్నైలో డ్రైవర్ శ్రీనివాసులు హత్య కేసు కలకలం రేపుతోంది. శ్రీకాళహస్తి జనసేన ఇంచార్జ్ నాయకురాలు కోట వినూత, ఆమె భర్త చంద్రబాబు శ్రీనివాసులును హత్య చేసి మృతదేహాన్ని చెన్నైలో పడేశారని పోలీసు కమిషనర్ ఆరుణ్ వెల్లడించారు. మూడు రోజుల క్రితం చెన్నై మింట్ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలో గుర్తు తెలియని మృతదేహం లభించగా, చేతిపై జనసేన గుర్తు, వినుత పేరు ఉండటంతో కేసు విచారణలో ముందుకెళ్లారు.

హత్యకు వినూత దంపతులే పాల్పడినట్లు చెన్నై పోలీసులు స్పష్టం చేశారు. సీసీ పుటేజీలు, హత్యకు ఉపయోగించిన కారు ఆధారంగా నిందితులను గుర్తించారు. వీరిని అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నామని, ఇంకా వివిధ కోణాల్లో దర్యాప్తు కొనసాగుతోందని తెలిపారు. జూన్ 21న ‘విపేత రెటా’ పత్రికలో శ్రీనివాసులు డ్రోమ్ వ్యవహారం కారణంగా విధుల నుంచి తొలగించినట్లు ప్రకటన వెలువడిన విషయం మరో మలుపుగా నిలిచింది.

Driver Srinivasulu’s murder has taken a shocking turn with Chennai Police confirming that Janasena leader Vinutha Kota and her husband Chandrababu are the prime accused. The body was found under suspicious circumstances near Mint police limits in Chennai.

According to Police Commissioner Arun, Srinivasulu was murdered in Andhra Pradesh and his body was dumped in Chennai. Investigation into the murder led to the identification of key clues through CCTV footage and the vehicle used for the crime. The couple has been taken into custody and further probe is underway.

Srinivasulu had reportedly been dismissed from duties on June 21 due to alleged betrayal, as published in a notice by ‘Vipeta Retta’ newspaper. His body was identified based on the Janasena symbol and Vinutha’s name tattooed on his arm. Postmortem was conducted at a Chennai government hospital. The police are exploring all possible angles behind the motive.
