Six Seats Reserved for Tribal Students in Hyderabad Public School; Admissions Through Lottery
హైదరాబాద్ పబ్లిక్ స్కూల్ బేగంపేట్, రామంతాపూర్ క్యాంపసుల్లో గిరిజన విద్యార్థుల కోసం 1వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశానికి దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానిస్తున్నారు. మొత్తం 6 సీట్లు కేటాయించబడగా, ఎంపిక లాటరీ పద్ధతిలో జరగనుంది.
Admissions are open for tribal students into Class 1 at Hyderabad Public School campuses in Begumpet and Ramanthapur for the academic year 2025–26. A total of six seats are reserved, with selections to be made through a lottery system.
జిల్లా గిరిజన సంక్షేమ శాఖ అధికారి ఆర్.కోటాజి తెలిపిన ప్రకారం, బాలురకు నాలుగు సీట్లు, బాలికలకు రెండు సీట్లు కేటాయించారు. వీటిలో 2 సీట్లు లంబాడాలకు, 1 సీటు ఎరుకలకు, మిగిలిన 3 సీట్లు ఇతర గిరిజన తెగలకు కేటాయించనున్నారు. లాటరీ ద్వారా విద్యార్థుల ఎంపిక జరుగుతుంది.
According to District Tribal Welfare Officer R. Kotaji, four seats are allocated for boys and two for girls. Among these, 2 seats are for Lambadas, 1 for Yerukulas, and 3 for other tribal communities. The selection will be done via a lottery draw.
అర్హతల ప్రకారం, దరఖాస్తుదారులు హైదరాబాద్ జిల్లాకు చెందినవారై ఉండాలి. పిల్లల జనన తేదీ 2018 జూన్ 1 నుండి 2019 మే 31 మధ్యలో ఉండాలి. తల్లిదండ్రుల వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ.2 లక్షలు మించరాదు. గిరిజన అభ్యర్థులు లక్డికాపూల్‌లోని కలెక్టరేట్‌లో ఆగస్టు 8వ తేదీ లోపు దరఖాస్తు చేయాలి.
Eligible applicants must belong to Hyderabad district, and the child’s date of birth should fall between June 1, 2018, and May 31, 2019. The parents’ annual income should not exceed ₹2 lakh. Tribal applicants must submit their applications at the Collectorate, Lakdikapul, by August 8.
ఎస్సీ విద్యార్థులు కూడా ఒకటో తరగతిలో ప్రవేశానికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. వారు నాంపల్లి చంద్రవిహార్‌లోని ఎస్సీ అభివృద్ధి శాఖ కార్యాలయంలో దరఖాస్తులు అందజేయాలి. ఎంపికలన్నీ లాటరీ పద్దతిలోనే జరుగుతాయని అధికారులు తెలిపారు.
SC students are also eligible to apply for Class 1 admissions. They need to submit their applications at the SC Development Office in Chandravihar, Nampally. Officials clarified that all selections will be made through the lottery method.
ఇంతలోనే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం గిరిజన విద్యార్థులకు మరింత మద్దతుగా నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. బేగంపేట్, రామంతాపూర్ హెచ్‌పీఎస్ విద్యార్థుల కోసం బాలబాలికల హాస్టళ్లు నిర్మించాలని జీవో విడుదల చేసింది. వచ్చే విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచే ఈ హాస్టళ్లు అందుబాటులోకి రానున్నాయి. వీటి నిర్మాణానికి కోటిన్నర రూపాయల వ్యయం అంచనా వేయబడింది.
In a major support initiative, the state government has sanctioned hostels for tribal students enrolled at HPS Begumpet and Ramanthapur. Separate hostels for boys and girls are being constructed and are expected to be operational from the upcoming academic year. An estimated ₹1.25 crore will be spent on the construction.
