ఉప రాష్ట్రపతి జగదీప్ ధన్‌ఖడ్ రాజీనామా వెనుక బీజేపీ కుట్ర ఉందని ఆర్జేడి ఆరోపిస్తుండగా, జేడీయూ మాత్రం నితీష్ బిహార్‌ను వదిలే ప్రసక్తే లేదని స్పష్టం చేసింది.

ఉప రాష్ట్రపతి జగదీప్ ధన్‌ఖడ్ రాజీనామా వెనుక రాజకీయ కుట్ర ఉందని రాష్ట్రీయ జనతాదళ్ (ఆర్జేడి) ఆరోపించింది. బిహార్ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలకు ముందే ముఖ్యమంత్రి నితీష్ కుమార్‌ను తప్పించేందుకు బీజేపీ ఈ చర్యలకు పాల్పడిందని ఆర్జేడీ చీఫ్ విప్ అఖ్తరుల్ ఇస్లామ్ షహీన్ అన్నారు. మంగళవారం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడిన అఖ్తరుల్, గతంలో బీజేపీ నేతలు నితీష్‌ను బదిలీ చేయాలనే పరోక్ష వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారని, కేంద్ర మాజీ మంత్రి అశ్వినీకుమార్ చౌబే ఒక దశలో నితీష్‌ను ఉప ప్రధానిగా చేయాలని కూడా చెప్పిన దాన్ని గుర్తు చేశారు.
ఈ క్రమంలో ధన్‌ఖడ్ రాజీనామా చేయడం బీజేపీ వ్యూహమేనని, నితీష్‌కు ఉప రాష్ట్రపతి లాంటి రాజకీయ ప్రభావం తక్కువ పదవి ఇవ్వడం ద్వారా ఆయనను బిహార్ రాజకీయాల నుంచి పక్కకు నెట్టి తమకు అనుకూలంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలన్న బీజేపీ ఉద్దేశమేనని పేర్కొన్నారు.
అయితే ఆర్జేడీ ఆరోపణలను జేడీయూ సీనియర్ నేత శరవణ్ కుమార్ ఖండించారు. నితీష్ కుమార్ ఎక్కడికీ వెళ్లడం లేదని, ఆయన బిహార్‌లోనే ఉంటారని, రాబోయే అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లో ఎన్డీయేను గెలిపించే బాధ్యతను నితీష్ భుజాన వేసుకుంటారని తెలిపారు. ప్రజలకు మరో ఐదేళ్లపాటు సేవలందించేందుకు నితీష్ సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నారని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has stirred controversy by alleging that the resignation of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar is part of a political conspiracy by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Speaking to the media on Tuesday, RJD Chief Whip Akhtarul Islam Shaheen claimed that the BJP orchestrated this move to remove Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar ahead of the state assembly elections.
Shaheen pointed out that BJP leaders had been indicating for a long time that they wanted to sideline Nitish. He also recalled that former Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey once suggested that Nitish Kumar should be made Deputy Prime Minister — a remark that hinted at efforts to move him out of Bihar politics.
According to RJD, the BJP’s plan is to offer Nitish Kumar a politically less significant post, such as the Vice President’s role, in order to oust him from Bihar and manipulate the political scenario in their favour. They see Dhankhar’s resignation as a strategic part of this larger scheme.
However, Janata Dal (United) [JD(U)] has strongly dismissed the allegations. Senior JD(U) leader Shravan Kumar stated that there is no question of Nitish Kumar leaving Bihar. He confirmed that Nitish will remain in the state, lead the NDA in the upcoming assembly elections, and serve the people of Bihar for another five years.
