తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి బీహార్ ప్రజలను కించపరిచేలా చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలపై ముందుగా కాంగ్రెస్ అగ్రనేత రాహుల్ గాంధీ చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని జన్ సురాజ్ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు ప్రశాంత్ కిశోర్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు. తదుపరి మాత్రమే రాహుల్ గాంధీ బీహార్ రాష్ట్రంలో ఎన్నికల ప్రచారానికి రావాలని కోరారు.
రెవంత్ రెడ్డి గత ప్రభుత్వంలో బీహార్ అధికారులను సలహాదారులుగా నియమించి రాష్ట్రాన్ని దివాళా తీయించారని, బీహార్ ప్రజల డిఎన్ఎలో కూలీ పనులు చేయడం ఉందన్న వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారని గుర్తు చేశారు. అటువంటి అభిప్రాయాలు వ్యక్తం చేసిన నేతపై ఏం చర్య తీసుకోకుండా రాహుల్ గాంధీ బీహార్లో ప్రచారం ఎలా చేస్తారని ప్రశ్నించారు.
రాహుల్ ఢిల్లీలో ఉండి బీహార్ వాళ్లపై జోకులు వేస్తున్నారని విమర్శించిన ఆయన, బీహార్లో ప్రత్యక్షంగా వచ్చి నేరుగా ప్రజలకు సమాధానం చెప్పాలన్నారు. అప్పటి ప్రధానమంత్రి రాజీవ్ గాంధీ రూ.50,000 కోట్లు బీహార్కు కేటాయించినా, అది వినియోగించలేకపోయారని విమర్శించారు. బీహార్లో మోడీ విజయానికి కారణం కుల రాజకీయమా లేక ప్రజల మద్దతా అనే అంశంపై ప్రశ్నలు వేశారు.

Jan Suraaj Party leader Prashant Kishor has demanded that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi first take action against Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for his remarks allegedly belittling the people of Bihar, before campaigning in the state.
He recalled that Revanth Reddy claimed the previous Telangana government bankrupted the state by appointing Bihari advisors, and that doing menial jobs is in the DNA of Biharis. Kishor questioned how Rahul Gandhi could campaign in Bihar without addressing such comments.
Accusing Rahul of mocking Biharis from Delhi, Kishor challenged him to visit the state and face the public directly. He also reminded how former PM Rajiv Gandhi had allocated ₹50,000 crore to Bihar in 1989, which was never spent properly. He raised sharp questions about caste-based voting in Bihar and questioned how PM Modi gained votes from a caste group that has minimal presence in the state.
