సమాఖ్య పాలనలో కేంద్రం, రాష్ట్రాలు పరస్పరం గౌరవించుకుంటేనే రాష్ట్రాలు అభివృద్ధి పథంలో ముందుకు సాగతాయని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. జూబ్లీహిల్స్‌లోని నివాసంలో ప్రధాని ఆర్థిక సలహా మండలి చైర్మన్ ఎస్. మహేంద్ర దేవ్‌ను కలిశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక స్థితిగతులు, అభివృద్ధికి చేపట్టిన ప్రాజెక్టులపై చర్చించారు.
హైదరాబాద్‌తో పాటు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కల్పనకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తున్నట్టు తెలిపారు. యువతకు ఉపాధి అవకాశాల కల్పన, పారిశ్రామిక, సేవల రంగాల అభివృద్ధి కోసం ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందిస్తున్నట్టు చెప్పారు. ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు అవతల రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డును నిర్మించి, రెండు రింగు రోడ్లను రేడియల్ రోడ్ల ద్వారా అనుసంధానించేందుకు ప్రతిపాదనలు ఉన్నాయని వివరించారు.
అధిక వడ్డీ రుణాలపై ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేసిన సీఎం, రాష్ట్ర ఆదాయంలో ఎక్కువ భాగం వడ్డీలకు వెళ్తోందని, ఇది అభివృద్ధిపై ప్రభావం చూపుతోందని పేర్కొన్నారు. వడ్డీ తగ్గించేందుకు కేంద్రం సహకారం అవసరమని చెప్పారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి సందీప్ కుమార్ సుల్తానియా పాల్గొన్నారు.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy stated that in a federal system, mutual respect and cooperation between the Centre and the states is essential for development. He met with S. Mahendra Dev, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council, at his residence in Jubilee Hills and discussed the state’s economic conditions and ongoing infrastructure projects.
The CM explained that Telangana is focusing on urban infrastructure, improving civic amenities, and generating employment for the youth. Plans are underway to expand industrial and service sectors.
He revealed that a Regional Ring Road will be built beyond the Outer Ring Road and proposed connecting them through radial roads for better accessibility.
Revanth expressed concern over the burden of high-interest loans, saying a large portion of state revenue is going toward interest payments, affecting development. He stressed the need for central assistance to reduce interest burdens. State Finance Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania was also present at the meeting.
