During a break in the Lok Sabha proceedings, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy and a few fellow MPs reportedly browsed through the “Who’s Who” book at the Parliament cafeteria. The book contains details about MPs’ educational qualifications, professions, interests and personal backgrounds.
