పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ను పరిశీలించిన సి‌డబ్ల్యూసి బృందం

పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్ట్ పనులను శనివారం కేంద్ర జలసంఘం (CWC) బృందం పరిశీలించింది. సభ్యుడు యోగేష్ పైథాంకర్ నేతృత్వంలోని బృందంలో చీఫ్ ఇంజనీర్లు హెచ్‌ఎస్ సెనేగర్, రమేష్ కుమార్‌లు ఉన్నారు.
బృందం డయాఫ్రమ్ వాల్, బట్రస్ డాం, గ్యాప్ వన్, ఎగువ–దిగువ కాఫర్ డ్యామ్‌, స్పిల్‌వే పనులను పరిశీలించింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా జలవనరుల శాఖ అధికారులు నిర్మాణ వివరాలు వెల్లడించారు. పనులను లక్ష్యానికి అనుగుణంగా వేగవంతం చేయాలని సూచించారు.
ఈ సందర్శనలో ఈఎన్సి కె. నరసింహమూర్తి, ఈఈలు డి. శ్రీనివాస్, కే. బాలకృష్ణ, డీఈలు అనీల్ కుమార్, శ్రీరాం పటేల్, మల్లికార్జున్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Polavaram, June 14:
A Central Water Commission (CWC) team visited the Polavaram project site on Saturday. The delegation, led by Yogesh Paithankar and Chief Engineers H.S. Seneger and Ramesh Kumar, reviewed key structures including the diaphragm wall, buttress dam, and cofferdams.
Officials explained the progress and structural integrity of the ongoing works. The CWC stressed timely execution and appreciated the coordination between the state and central governments.
Several project engineers and MEIL representatives including ENC K. Narasimhamurthy and GM Gangadhar participated.
