న్యూఢిల్లీ, మార్చి 13: ప్రధాన్ మంత్రి కిసాన్ సమ్మాన్ నిధి (పీఎం కిసాన్) పథకం కింద 22వ విడత నిధులను మార్చి 13న అసోంలోని గువాహటి నుంచి విడుదల చేసే అవకాశం ఉందని అధికార వర్గాలు మరియు మీడియా నివేదికలు సూచిస్తున్నాయి.
అందుబాటులో ఉన్న సమాచారం ప్రకారం సుమారు 9.32 కోట్ల మంది రైతుల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో రూ.18,640 కోట్లను నేరుగా జమ చేసే అవకాశం ఉందని తెలుస్తోంది.
సుమారు ఏడేళ్ల క్రితం ప్రారంభమైన ఈ పథకం ద్వారా అర్హులైన రైతులకు సంవత్సరానికి రూ.6,000 ఆర్థిక సాయం అందుతుంది. ఈ మొత్తాన్ని మూడు విడతల్లో రూ.2,000 చొప్పున ఏప్రిల్–జులై, ఆగస్టు–నవంబర్, డిసెంబర్–మార్చి కాలాల్లో విడుదల చేస్తారు.
డిసెంబర్–మార్చి విడతకు సంబంధించిన నిధులు సాధారణంగా ఫిబ్రవరిలో విడుదల అవుతాయి. అయితే ఈసారి అనర్హుల తొలగింపు మరియు వివరాల ధృవీకరణ ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగడంతో ఆలస్యం జరిగినట్లు సమాచారం. రైతులు నిధులు పొందాలంటే ఇ-కేవైసీ పూర్తి చేయడం తప్పనిసరి చేసినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.

New Delhi, March 13: The Central Government is expected to release the 22nd installment of funds under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme on March 13 from Guwahati in Assam, according to official sources and media reports.
As per available information, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to transfer about ₹18,640 crore directly into the bank accounts of around 9.32 crore farmers under the Direct Benefit Transfer system.
The PM-KISAN scheme, launched about seven years ago, provides financial assistance of ₹6,000 annually to eligible farmers in three equal installments of ₹2,000 each. The installments are generally released during April–July, August–November and December–March cycles.
Sources indicate that the current installment related to the December–March cycle is being released slightly later than usual due to verification drives and removal of ineligible beneficiaries. Reports also indicate that completing e-KYC has been made mandatory for farmers to receive the benefits.
