పెండింగ్ కేసుల పరిష్కారం, గణేష్ ఉత్సవ భద్రత, లోకల్ బాడీ ఎన్నికల సన్నద్ధతపై అధికారులు కసరత్తు ప్రారంభించారు
జగిత్యాల: పెండింగ్ కేసులపై ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకుని వాటిని వేగంగా పరిష్కరించాలంటూ జిల్లా ఎస్పీ అశోక్ కుమార్ ఆదేశించారు. బుధవారం జిల్లా పోలీస్ కార్యాలయంలో జరిగిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, గడిచిన ఆరు నెలల్లో అన్ని పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ల పనితీరు, నేరాల హెచ్చుతగ్గులపై సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. గత ఏడాదితో పోల్చితే పెరిగిన నేరాలపై కారణాలు అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు.
ఎస్పీ మాట్లాడుతూ, పెండింగ్ కేసులపై నిర్లక్ష్యం చూపకూడదని, వాటిని త్వరగా ముగించేందుకు ప్రతి స్థాయిలో సమర్థవంతంగా వ్యవహరించాలని తెలిపారు. పోలీస్ స్టేషన్‌ పరిధిలో నమోదు అయిన వివిధ కేసుల దర్యాప్తుపై ఎస్‌ఐలకు సకాలంలో సూచనలు ఇవ్వాలని డీఎస్పీలు, సీఐలకు సూచించారు. మహిళల భద్రతకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చి, వారిపై దాడులకు పాల్పడిన వారిపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని తెలిపారు.
సమాజ భద్రతలో భాగంగా ప్రతి గ్రామంలో, పట్టణాల్లో సీసీ కెమెరాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు ప్రజలకు, వ్యాపారులకు అవగాహన కల్పించాలని సూచించారు. రాబోయే వర్షాల దృష్ట్యా ప్రజలకు ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తకుండా ప్రణాళికతో ముందుగానే చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. వరదల సమయంలో తీసుకోవాల్సిన జాగ్రత్తలపై ప్రజలకు మెలకువ కలిగించాలని చెప్పారు.
దొంగతనాలను అరికట్టేందుకు ప్రతి సర్కిల్ పరిధిలో స్పెషల్ టీమ్ నియమించి, వాటి నివారణకు కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు. ప్రతిరోజూ డ్రంక్ అండ్ డ్రైవ్, వాహన తనిఖీలు నిర్వహించాలని ఆదేశించారు.
Jagtial: District SP Ashok Kumar has directed officials to expedite the resolution of pending cases through a planned approach. In a review meeting held at the district police headquarters on Wednesday, he reviewed the performance of all police stations and crime trends over the past six months. He also inquired about the reasons behind the rise in certain crimes compared to the previous year.
The SP emphasized that pending cases must not be neglected and should be resolved efficiently at all levels. DSPs and CIs were instructed to regularly monitor the investigation status of cases within their jurisdiction and provide timely guidance to SIs. He stressed the importance of women’s safety, directing that strict legal action should be taken against those misbehaving with women and children.
As part of public safety, he suggested that awareness should be raised among residents and business owners to install CCTV cameras in towns and villages. With the upcoming rainy season, he advised officials to plan in advance to prevent inconvenience to the public and keep citizens alert about precautions during floods.
To prevent thefts, he instructed that special teams be formed under each circle to actively work on crime prevention. Daily drunk-and-drive checks and vehicle inspections must be carried out in every police station’s limits, he added.
