పోలీసుల వివరాల ప్రకారం సుమారు పది మంది ఇండియన్ యూత్ కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలు క్యూఆర్ కోడ్ ఎంట్రీ పాసులతో హాల్ నం.5లోకి ప్రవేశించారు. అక్కడ టీ-షర్టులు తొలగించి ప్రధానమంత్రి వ్యతిరేక నినాదాలు చేశారు. వారు ధరించిన తెల్ల టీ-షర్టులపై Narendra Modi మరియు అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు Donald Trump చిత్రాలు ముద్రించబడ్డాయి. అలాగే “India-US Trade Deal”, “Epstein Files”, “PM is Compromised” వంటి నినాదాలు కనిపించాయి.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reacted sharply to the protest staged by Indian Youth Congress workers during the Global AI Summit at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. Addressing a public rally in Meerut, he said the dignity of a national programme focused on technology and innovation had been undermined.
Modi alleged that opposition leaders were driven more by personal animosity than political differences. He stated that attempts were being made to politically target him at every opportunity and that national platforms should not be used for partisan confrontation. He emphasized that such actions should not harm the country’s larger interests.
Clarifying the nature of the event, Modi said the Global AI Summit was not a programme of any political party but a national initiative organized for the country. He noted that no BJP leader was present at the venue and criticized the use of an international platform for political messaging.
According to police sources, around ten Indian Youth Congress activists entered Hall No. 5 of Bharat Mandapam using QR code entry passes. Once inside, they removed their T-shirts and raised slogans against the Prime Minister. The white T-shirts they displayed carried images of Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump, along with slogans such as “India-US Trade Deal,” “Epstein Files,” and “PM is Compromised.”
The incident has triggered political reactions from both sides, sparking debate over the conduct of protests at national and international events hosted in India.
