ఈనెల 24న తన పుట్టినరోజును పురస్కరించుకున్న కేటీఆర్, హైదరాబాద్‌లో తల్లులకు కేసీఆర్ కిట్లను అందిస్తూ, రేవంత్ సర్కార్‌పై విమర్శలు గుప్పించాడు. ప్రజల మంచికే కేసీఆర్ కిట్లు ఇవ్వబడ్డాయని, బీఆర్ఎస్ హయాంలో మాత శిశు మరణాలు తగ్గి, ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రుల్లో ప్రసవాలు పెరిగాయని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నాడు.
On the occasion of his upcoming birthday on July 24, KTR distributed KCR Kits to mothers in Hyderabad and criticized the Revanth Reddy-led government for halting the scheme. He asserted that the BRS-initiated KCR Kits significantly reduced maternal and infant mortality and boosted institutional deliveries in government hospitals.
హైదరాబాద్‌లోని తెలంగాణ భవన్‌లో ‘గిఫ్ట్ ఏ స్మైల్’ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్న బీఆర్ఎస్ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ కేటీఆర్, ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రుల్లో ప్రసవించిన తల్లులకు కేసీఆర్ కిట్లను స్వయంగా అందజేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, కేసీఆర్ కిట్ పథకం వల్లే పేద ప్రజలకు గౌరవంగా ప్రసవం జరిగిందన్నారు. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి సర్కార్ మాత్రం ఈ పథకాన్ని నిలిపివేశందున, మళ్లీ బీఆర్ఎస్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక దీన్ని పునరుద్ధరిస్తామని తెలిపారు.
ఈ కిట్లు బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో 25 లక్షల మందికి పైగా తల్లులకు అందించబడ్డాయని గుర్తు చేశారు. ఒకటి కాదు రెండు కాదు, ఏకంగా లక్షల తల్లులు ఈ పథకానికి లబ్ధిదారులైందని, ఇది కేసీఆర్ పాలనలో ప్రజల ఆరోగ్యం పట్ల చూపిన శ్రద్ధకు నిదర్శనమని అన్నారు. పథకం ద్వారా వైద్య నిపుణుల సలహాలు, పోషకాహారం, శిశువులకు అవసరమైన వస్తువులు అందించబడతాయని వివరించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా పలు మహిళలు, తల్లులు తమ అనుభవాలను షేర్ చేశారు. తమ ఆరోగ్య భద్రతకు కేసీఆర్ కిట్ ఎంతగానో సహాయపడిందని, ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రులపై తమ నమ్మకం పెరిగిందని పేర్కొన్నారు.

On the occasion of his birthday on July 24, BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao distributed KCR Kits to mothers in Hyderabad and criticized the Revanth Reddy-led government for discontinuing the welfare scheme. He stated that under the BRS regime, the KCR Kits had significantly reduced maternal and infant mortality and increased institutional deliveries in government hospitals.
Participating in the ‘Gift a Smile’ initiative at Telangana Bhavan, KTR personally handed over KCR Kits to mothers who had recently delivered in government hospitals. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized that the KCR Kit scheme brought dignity and support to deliveries among the poor and underprivileged. He accused the current government of halting the initiative only because it earned former CM KCR a good name.
He reiterated that once the BRS returns to power, the KCR Kit scheme would be reinstated. Highlighting its success, he noted that more than 25 lakh mothers had benefited from the scheme during the BRS tenure. He said the scheme not only provided basic supplies for newborns but also delivered crucial nutritional support and medical consultations to ensure the well-being of both mothers and babies.
Several mothers at the event shared their personal experiences, stating that the KCR Kit significantly improved their confidence in government hospitals and helped ensure safe and dignified deliveries.
